Went twice in the past week for service help with an iPhone and an Apple watch. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Ash, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure our problems were solved. He was terrific!

The worse Apple Store in the Tri-State area.Renzo, and the other staff did not accommodate or help at all with my MacBook Pro, $2,500. Apple Senior Advisors were happy to help and gave a free battery replacement and $150 free accessories because of the mistakes Apple Bridgewater made. Renzo was disrespectful, and the staff have no idea what customer service means. To serve a customer ...Bobby is the best, and only one from Bridgewater that understands that each Customer has value. Their Genius Bar works on weekends, and because they are miserable, they went out of their way to make my life miserable with a broken MacBook before my exams at college. They treat you like a mole rat, training their staff in front of you and spending more time on the trainee, than your actual issue. Have the audacity to talk poorly to a customer.All senior advisors apologized for my experience and filed a store complaint to Apple Corporate. Not done with this, will be writing a letter to Cupertino and higher executives. Renzo, what you said was the most disrespectful thing I have heard as a customer who is apart of the Apple Ecosystem.

After Verizon sold me an iPhone and then set it up incorrectly. I had to go to the Apple Store. The tech who helped me was Stan and he was absolutely awesome and extremely helpful. He helped transfer everything to my new phone with ease and even helped answer a ton of questions I had about the phone (since I was an Android user for 12 years prior). From now on I’m only coming here for Apple support. And plan to take some of their help sessions.

This apple store employees are rude. The guy was2 feet away from me fear of catching disease from me . He and his manager could not help me how to change my password . “ not our issue”

I have been taking my AirPods for 3 days to have them fixed because they do not connect with any Apple equipment and they have a sound like interference, but since my English is not good they discriminate against me and do not speak to me, and when I try to ask when they are going to help me alone They say they don't speak Spanish and they leave!

The person who helped was overall great when I purchased a new phone. However, They forgot to put the cord in with my 1,600 purchase and when I called to request it they said they didn’t see it so I was out of luck. The person who set up the phone for me didn’t bother to download the apps so I didn’t have nav going home and had to call police when got lost. I tried calling and they won’t connect you directly with the store. For 1,600 dollars I expect more. I did eventually get help in person at Apple Store in nyc.

The best customer service is at Bridgewater Commons Mall! I really appreciate Sasha the store manager, he was incredibly nice and friendly. I highly recommend going there. Thank you so much for the excellent service! :)
