(I would give them zero stars, but you have to click at least one to post a review)After sending an email that I would be stopping by to rent a unit for a 14-month lease. I arrived to be greeted (I use that term loosely), by an individual behind a desk who appeared annoyed by my presence. After explaining why I had stopped in, I waited for what I assume was the time it took to find my email and read it. The individual then stated that they had no units of that size available, nor any units available at all. Then said "sorry" as if not sorry in the slightest, indicating that was to be the end to our interaction.If this were my business, and I knew a potential customer was looking to rent a unit, regardless of the lease term or price. I might put forth a bit of a friendlier effort. Perhaps look to see if there may be a lease coming up in the near future. Perhaps ask some questions concerning the customer's needs...but perhaps they can "afford" to allow potential customers to walk away.Later that day, I rented the same sized unit from Extra Storage Space, and paid the entire year lease upfront. My experience there was like night and day compared to that at Affordable Storage.If you enjoy being treated as if your business is unwelcome, by all means, stop in!

Awesome place for storage, clean, indoor units are climate controlled, easy access, nice staff. Teddy is a great attendant, he is professional, knowledgeable and there many hours a week ready to help existing and new customers.
