Tried to buy something from the clearance selection and it was out of stock. This wouldn't have been an issue if they didn't charge my card prior to confirming if they have the product available. I've been waiting over a week for my refund and it took three phone calls for them to start the process. Don't waste your time and business here. They don't care to fix mistake and only want to take your money. I'm truly disappointed in their services.

Super knowledgeable and really helpful, repaired 2 weapons whilst we waited, had all equipment I needed in stock including name printing on lame in less than 15 minutes!

Bought a foil gear for myself a while back , never touched it. Called in to check if I can replace it for Sabre gear ( was not expecting to get full refund or anything ) , the only thing I could hear from the lady is : "30 days policy" , like a machine recording. I also bought my sons gear there, needless to say it was my last purchase at this place, nor will I recommend it.

I met with Abigail I brought my son who is a young introductory fencer. They quickly found him the equipment he needed and assembled two left-handed weapons. They were pleasant and quick with answers about any question I had.

Absolute Fencing Gear is our go-to place to order all for all of my son's fencing needs. Their shipping is lightening fast and cannot be beat. Ordered a stenciled lame Sunday evening and had it to my door by Tuesday afternoon. Excellent service!

This place has very good gear and all, just one problem. This really only goes true for kids. I think 5:30 is way to early. For kids that might not even be enough time to get to the place and kids might also have extra classes.

Did you know that AFGear sizing does not use industry standards ? They quote sizes for pants using the 'outside' pant waist dimension and not the standard practice of using the 'inside' waist dimension that circumscribes the wearers waist. If you have this sizing issue AFGear charges you for return shipping and for the shipping to correct their error. Not a customer friendly approach considering they do not follow industry standards.

I could not sing higher praises for Absolute Fencing Gear. Although I have been retired for several years, AFG was my go-to outfitter when traveling for competitions across the country ten years ago. Recently, I decided to start teaching again, developing a mobile fencing club, offering regular fencing instruction in multiple remote and underserved communities in the Southwest (such as on the reservations). The problem was, I needed to start my armory from scratch. AFG pulled through again! They offer affordable, durable equipment, and great deals on starter sets that are unmatched (I compared prices for every outfitter in the US before realizing I was already a fan of the best). They are always available during their working hours to answer questions and help me however they can. They have even worked with me to ship large orders on the same day I placed them, so that I wouldn’t have to pay for express shipping. I am located in a remote town in Arizona, and AFG regularly ships my orders the very next day, so that they arrive at my door 6 to 7 days later.Thank you, Absolute Fencing Gear. You are the best!

we are new to fencing and live in Australia. bought a couple of starter sets and the pricing was much cheaper than other options. organising delivery over the phone with their staff was easy, it came very quickly, everything in the order was correct. the gear is made in China and looks like it's decent quality, but will only really know with time. but overall very happy as beginners.

DO NOT order from them if you expect customer satisfaction. I ordered a glove for my daughter. When it arrived the fingers were so short it wouldn't fit a 10 year old, never mind a 16.As you can guess from my rating, Absolute refused to address this issue although they did remove the glove from their website.I have not bought from them since.

We have purchased hundreds upon hundreds of dollars worth of equipment from Absolute over the years, but were disappointed that they were unwilling to replace two blades with faulty gluing along the wires (which popped out and subsequently broke within minutes of their first use) simply because the blades had been ordered more than 30 days prior.For a fencer (who can feasibly break three blades in one tournament or zero in a month) to keep such a short supply on hand as to not be able to detect a quality issue within 30 days seems untenable. Poor treatment of a long-time customer to not back a quality glitch with your product at any point that a customer detects it.

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM ABSOLUTE FENCING! SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE CANADIAN.I HAD TO DO AN EXCHANGE FOR GLOVE AND A JACKET. I HAD TO PAY SHIPPING AND DUTIES. THE EXCHANGE COMES AND THEY WERE THE WRONG SIZE. LABEL SAYS A SIZE AND WHEN I MEASURE AND WEAR IT ITS SMALL AND EXTRA TIGHT.I CALL THEM TO FIGURE OUT A SOLUTION AND THEY TELL ME ALL THEY CAN DO IS EXCHANGE AGAIN FOR ME OR REFUND ME BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING BACK AND FORTH AGAIN! SO IF I GET A REFUND IM AT A BIGGER LOSS OVER $180 WITH SHIPPING AND DUTIES. IF I EXCHANGE IT SAME THING. THEY WILL NOT COVER OR TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR SENDING WRONG PRODUCTS TO YOU. AND ITS EXTREMELY COSTLY TO EVEN GO THROUGH EXCHANGES. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
