There was a ROACH in my bag of mozzarella sticks, PLUS they were cold. When I talked to staff about it they tried to put the blame on me. Everytime I get a muffin or doughnut from there thinking it will be better next time, it’s always STALE. One time, there was even a bite taken out of it! It’s unacceptable! The best staff there is Cimerra, amazing customer service, always listening to her customers. Never arguing back, always have a smile on her face! This place has really fallen apart with all the young folks.

Had a situation on my way out after paying. A man behind me accidentally back up and nearly knocked me into a window. I was able to catch myself with no injury, I do wear a brace on my left leg for support since my joint is bone on bone. The customer was very scared and concerned. I do want to recognize a worker named Leah who assisted me to my car. Thank You Leah for your kindness.

I really have to give it to Tiffany in the deli, she was so efficient at getting our order together we didn't even have time to make it to the register and boy did she make sure the whole store knew we had to pay for our order! Didn't even have time to get a soda! When we FINALLY paid for our order, I noticed she had not only completed her task but found time to run her mouth about how customers get on her nerves and how the countdown to the end of her day has begun. Hope she continues to enjoy her job as much as she did today and continues to make customers feel just as welcome as I felt today.

Absolute disgrace I come here time and time again and receive the same ignorance. The employees need to just do better and understand that customers order what they order and yet receive the total opposite.

The bald manager or worker was beyond watching us in the store for some odd reason we only came in for the restrooms and specialty beverages the oreo frappe tasted weird the chai tea was watered down but the gas station attendant had amazing customer

What a disgusting sandwich! The top is rock hard like a giant crouton. The bottom is soggy from chicken juice. The big creature that made this thing needs to pump gas instead. Never again.

Went there tonight after getting treated poorly at Elmer, New Jersey, Wawa at the Circle...got great service from Highway 77 Wawa. Salads were perfect. Customer service was perfect. Good job, Wawa at Highway 77 way to cheer me up. Because Elmer Location sucked
