Update: 5/21/2024 customer service girl was rude; hope interactions with customers are "being recorded for quality purposes." When I was told SIM card was "not free," I said
nevermind. "Ok, if you choose to not have service..." I clarified, "I am not choosing, I am getting." Ready to switch phone and provider ? changing my 5 stars to 2. I was not the only dissatisfied customer in that 5 min window.
Brandon said he fixed my phone..A14..took 1 min. I will and can come back if it happens again. Thank you Brandon.
