My husband and I have been buying and selling jewelry for many years as a hobby but are not as familiar with watches. My husband purchased a "Movado" at a flea market that needed a battery. I went to Spinelli Jewelers to see if the watch was real, which we doubted, but to possibly have a battery put in it. My husband and I have been in a lot of jewelry stores over the years but I have NEVER met someone so RUDE and CONDESCENDING as the woman I encountered at Spinelli Jewelers. She confirmed that the watch wasn't real, she then rudely asked me "You wouldn't spend $10 to put a battery in a good watch??" I asked her how you could tell that the Movado wasn't real and her condescending response was "Because I've been doing this for many years!", etc. I then told her that my husband got the back off to see what kind of a battery the watch would need and she indicated that if it was real, we wouldn't be able to get the back off. I told her that my husband had a watch repair kit and was able to get it off to which she actually LAUGHED and said that was the funniest thing she ever heard!!! I have NEVER had a sales person act so rude and condescending as if she were better than everyone else. I would NEVER purchase anything from Spinelli Jewelers even if I had to pay 3x the purchase price somewhere else!!

Awesome, quick service. The woman who helped us out was very knowledgeable and prompt in fixing my friends necklace. Honestly, I thought it would need to be dropped off and picked up when it was done, but she did it all right there and then. It was also very surprisingly cheap! Very satisfied. When i need jewelery or a repair ill definitely be back. Too bd i didnt know they were there earlier!
