I returned some merchandise and I had to keep calling about my money., and I shouldn’t have to do that. I couldn’t find my receipt. He told me that I have two decisions. I can have the money put back on my card or I can get a Gift card. I got my card and told him to put it back on my card. This was Monday, the 21st of October. I called on the 22nd and the 23rd. They still haven’t put it back on my account. My Bank told me? It’s NOT THEM. It is “OLLIE’S”! I called and spoke to the manager NAME Calvin “. He took my Information and he said that he will get back to me! I am Waiting!

What a difference in the store from 6 months ago. Isles used to be full of garbage and product all over the place. Now you can walk down the aisle things are in their proper place product is available to see the the staff seem to have a different personas / demeanor. Now it is a pleasure to go in the store and find things without climbing over debris in the way thank you Kelvin and staff.

Ollies is a Close out/ Blow out distributor. They generally buy merchandise from manufacturers who have an excess of items and/or products that are expiring soon. Manufacturers who want to unload a large mass of merchandise whether it be because of overstock or a sales pitch that didn't go over too good will unload them to Ollie's cheap. For instance you can find flavors of cereal, candy, pasta other process food that you may of never heard of being made...but Ollie's will buy their remaining stock and liquidate it for profit. Meanwhile they do carry some staples of items that are mainstays too. It is an always fluid selection that you can go every week and find things that you will like. And if there is something that peeks your interests.....then you better buy a few because it'll almost never be in stock again there.
