Went in on 6/6/24 to asked if my daughter's doctor sent over her blood work paperwork and the lady in the the white coat who I'm assuming draws the blood was so rude she didn't even let me finish talking and in a rude tone said just check in and then I will let you know I looked at her like oh wow what's wrong with her.i replied ok and she said Yeah in a nasty tone.at that point I was already annoyed and disappointed by her behavior and I just left.i will not go to that location again. I don't understand why she was so rude but kindness was not in her that day.

Addy was amazing with me. I'm a "hard stick" patient. She not only found my vein on the first stick but she was more than patient and kind which goes a long way for a person with extreme anxiety because of such a sorted past with blood draws. Ask for her, you won't be disappointed! Vickkie P

D is an amazing Phlebotomist and people person! I was a little anxious and she was able to calm my nerves. Thank you! No issues with my online appointment.I do wish their online system saved updated addresses and insurance info so it would be less work later on.

Monday 11/6/23 9:00AM. I arrived 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment at 9:45AM and was seen at 10:15AM. What's the point of making an appointment online if you continue to accept walk-ins? The lobby had so many people that at least 6 people were standing. The perfect breeding ground to get sick. Front desk woman is rude and miserable.

The place was packed when I arrived and the staff there was super fast and efficient. There is limited seating. The nice thing is they are the only Lab Corp I could find that opens at 6:00.I have had ti frequent this location two times a week and the staff are exceptional.

Staff could not figure out how to honor online appointment. Prior input of all billing documents had been completed. Confirmation code received. Appointment or testing was not fulfilled. Two female employees had horrible attitudes and discussed how Labcorp needed to figure out how to schedule an appointment online. No regard for client time or resources. No ability to simply honor appointment time. No apology.

Unprofessional OfficeIf I could, I would rate no stars. The recepitionist is miserable and rolls her eyes if you have any questions. I would not reccomend this LabCorp. I would drive to another city rather than go to this office. I sent a review to Lab Corp but they never even bothered to reply to my review. Typical large corporation that does not care.

They let 3 people when we there first. I also dislike the fact that the doctor was yelling at my dauhter what to do. We would like if you could be a little nicer especially to kids.
