Ed’s repaired the front end on my truck perfectly, on time, and in budget. They were also very professional to deal with and made the transaction with the insurance company seamless. The truck came back washed and cleaned. Overall they get an A plus. Thank you!

If you get your car towed by this place their employees steal what's in your car be carefully and take pictures of what you leave in your vehicle I have several chargers missing and they are on the phone telling me "we aren't responsible for anything missing" employees are theifs

Definitely do not recommend this shop. They have a contract with the NJ State Police so that's who was called to tow our truck. Funny thing is on the scene Jim Miletta made it seem as if they could fix our truck and get it back on the road as there was no back log. Truck was towed there Wednesday, called Thursday no chance to look at it, called Friday said they would Definitely have an estimate for us by Monday so we could start purchasing parts. Call Monday morning nothing but more excuses they were down workers oh and now have 3 engine jobs. But at the scene Miletta stated they were all waiting for insurance adjusters and because we weren't waiting they could get us road ready in approximately two weeks. So after getting the run around we asked for the tow bill and we're going to move it somewhere else who had the time to get us done. So we got transferred to no other then the best customer service rep Tyler Rae Hoehe. she was nasty and rude everything one could expect from a 29 year old who's main objective as a business owner is to rip people off. she stated she would call back but never did. So we were informed that their are rates that have to be followed under the NJSP contract are we surprised that they weren't. I have never dealt with a such unprofessional establishment ever except Lois she was more than nice. After googling and seeing other reviews I guess this is something Tyler does quite frequently because I saw so many similar complaints. Most people probably don't understand that they have protection under NJ predatory Towing Law and Consumer Fraud but the protection is there.
