When I needed a vehicle they put me in one, and the vehicle of preference. When the vehicle broke down they helped me get the vehicle fixed and back on the road in working condition. Thank you so very much Dave and Mike's Used Cars and employees.

Bought a Kia 2013 from this dealership! They lied to us, left there and bought the car out of state, we live in DE, so we go to get an oil change 3 weeks after purchasing, bc Dave said you may want to CK the oil. Yet told us car was fully checked and serviced! Well the car was down to less than a quart of oil, no leaks, also both headlights not working and back brake light! And bald tires on the inside! However we had to make 4 trips back and forth he did fix the lights, and replaced tires! But he never carfaxed the vehicle which had 4 open recalls! Kia fixed all except the oil consumption problem, the engine rattles and feels like it’s going to break down when you drive 60 mph! So now the car looses oil every two days!! So it’s engine failure! He shoukd not sell garbage cars like that! The experience has been a nightmare!

Just bought a really nice used Hyundai Tucson from these guys. Such a great experience, not only because the car was in great shape, but unbelievable customer service and extra care they took in helping to make it happen, when I felt overwhelmed and just defeated, they helped me out and stayed extra late to make sure I’d be satisfied and walk out with something I was happy with. Working with Dave and Tim was a pleasure and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal with really friendly people. A+++

Don't waste your time here. Got a 2012 ford suv, and the same day the check engine light popped up. Called, gave it in the next day after school and waited. My dad works on cars, so he check what was wrong with it. Easy fix, o2 sensor and some minor things. So, I told them that the o2 sensor is not working. Plus my sunroof. (Owner claimed he didn't know about the sun roof won't open, and said we should have checked when we got the car. Side note we got the car the day after it snowed alot, so we couldn't open it.)So when I got the car after they "fixed " it the NEXT DAY the check engine light came up again. I drop my car off again after school. The owner was very rude, he said "she was in here yesterday for the o2 sensor, we fixed it like she said, what is it now." Well Dave my engine light is on again. I was told to drop off the car next week "Monday maybe" He said. Bring it home, check the car. Turns out they never fixed the o2 sensor , they just earsed the code. I never got to drop off my car because they called my dad and refused to fix my car. Why? Because my dad left a bad review. Well here's your second one Dave. We don't care if you're "loosing money" it's not our job to make sure you make a profit. The owner is rude. His employees are nice and I feel very bad for them. Don't waste your money here, they will screw you over. This is an EASY fix, and his so called mechanics couldn't do it, either Dave doesn't know or he is just allowing it to happen. Don't come here.

Put this car from Dave 5 days ago. His words were the cars in perfect condition. No problems with it had one owner was trained in from forward. Check it home on Thursday that same day at night. The check engine light goes on. We turned around and we tested the sun roof only because. The day we test drove it. It snowed the day before and there was snowstorm on the car and we didn't want to open the sunroof we got it home, we test the sunroof sunroof don't work. Put the car on a scanner set. 02 sensor took it back call, took it back. They fixed the 02 sensor but they said that the sun roof was not on the warranty now. I bought this car 5 days ago. That goes to show you how much their word is worth.

I Bought A Buick Enclave From Dave And Mike's In October Of This Year. The Car Was Great, Ran Really Good And Was Super Clean. It Was Also Priced Thousands Under Blue Book. Just Recently I Started Having Transmission Issues. I Brought The Car Back To Dave And He Assured Me Everything Would Be Taken Care Of. He Handled The Warranty Company And Went To Bat For Me To Make Sure The Transmission Was Fully Rebuilt. During This Time Dave Even Provided Me With A Car Even Though He Didn't Have Too. I Definitely Recommend Dave And Mike's If Your Looking For A Reliable Vehicle On A Budget. They Really Stand By Their Cars.

This place is a disgrace. We called and they were aware we were an hour and a half drive away. There was no photo and they swore the truck "had a pristine interior." It had clearly been in an accident with front end damage. The carpet was filthy and the upholstery full of cigarette burns. We wouldn't even get in it it was so gross. Wasted my Saturday off too. Disgraceful. Don't waste your time here.

Around this time last year I bought my first vehicle from D&M. I went to buy a truck but was looking to stay around 15k. Dave was especially helpful and gave me a large discount on my dream truck to fit into my budget. The vehicle was extremely clean.I was never pushed into anything, and the entire staff was incredibly respectful, hence I have since bought a second vehicle from them!! I would recommend this dealership to my mother!

I've known Dave and Mike since is was 15 yrs old (I'm 50 now), I bought many cars from them and I can say from experience that they do a lot of business from Word of Mouth. I've never gotten a car that didn't run from them

Purchased a vehicle that was clean and had low mileage. Dave and his staff were helpful through the sale and we were a happy customer. However upon inspection some serous issues were uncovered. We brought the car back and Dave recognized these issues were missed and he repaired the car to effectively pass PA inspection. Very helpful and did what was necessary to make it right. Very happy with the vehicle.
