Drove 50 minutes to order parts because the won't take a card over the phone. I'm 6'2" 270 lbs a stood there 15 minutes neither guy would acknowledge I was there never looked at me never said we will be right with you so I left. If you notice all the good reviews are old before they sold out to Campbell's. Nobody really acts like the want you there. Don't have to worry about me going back.

I have trucks that travel all around the United States and been to countless Freightliner Dealers. This is by far the best, friendliest, most knowledgeable staff I’ve come across. I had a driver stuck in New Jersey and Cruzans went above and beyond to get him back on the road quickly. I tried four other freightliner dealers in the area and none of them were willing, or able to help. These people are by far the best!

My experience with this listing is solely with the parts Dept.. Specifically Rocky, is responsible for the top rating given. As a mechanic for over 15 years, I've dealt with almost 100 different parts guys and Rocky is in my top 3 overall. I believe that a company's reputation and quality is directly related to the people who are in the mix of the day to day operations and my dealings with this conpany, all parts related, have always been top notch, so, I belive they are doing the best job they can do for their customers.
