Tellers are racist . They have Spanish tellers that only cater to Spanish people if you are black forget about it. I'm a local business owner and was treated with complete disrespect just making a deposit. Of course we know they hate to see black businesses

No one will ever pickup the phone. Once we need to talk to the manager who was there and refused to help. Something is wrong with this place.

The only thing I am not happy with is them cutting off my card when "suspicious" activity happens and you HAVE to CALL them and (I had to) wait literally 30 minutes to get it back on. Wish the mobile app could clear it.

Laurence Gonzalez was very respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and helped me out completely with reopening my account. Extremely personable and would recommend to anybody.

Not sure about Bank of America yet since I’m a new customer but the staff at the Bridgeton branch were very nice, polite and knowledgeable. Not just with me but with the other customers that came in while I was in airing to open an account (not long wait). Saw a few customers that didn’t speak English and pretty much the hole staff spoke Spanish so you are covered there if you are a hispanic immigrant. For me the way a company treats you is just as important as the quality of service you get. Good job.

Bank of America’s Customercare is terrible they don’t answer the phones, and very poor communication skills !!
