We purchased several pieces of furniture at Zakson's. We were extremely pleased with the service and merchandise. The sales rep, Micaela, was excellent. She was very thoughtful, creative, conscientious and responsive.After a few months, we developed a problem with the chair that we purchased. The service provided by Zakson's was exceptional. They arranged to pick up the chair, have the problem corrected and returned the chair to us. As a customer, it is not surprising when you get good service when you are buying the product. However, I was very impressed and satisfied by the post purchase attentiveness and service provided by Zakson's. I highly recommend this store.

I wanted to buy a new sofa. One that was made well and would last beyond one bought at other popular outlet stores. I visited Zakson's on several occasions and was helped by a different sales associate each time. They were attentive and listened while I explained what it was I was looking for; then showed me similar sofas on the showroom floor. When none of those worked for me, I assumed there would be other choices from their cache of manufacturers, but they showed no interest in helping me further. All my attempts at contacting them afterwards, failed. They never responded.

I have been shopping at Zakson’s fine furniture for 15 years, since I built my new home. The shopping experience at this store is fantastic. The showroom is beautiful and put together like rooms in a house, so customers can see what a piece of furniture will look like complete with lighting, accessories, and window treatments. The store hosts an array of brands to satisfy many price points and offers custom options as well. Their staff is finely trained and includes interior designers, furniture specialists, and a helpful back office. Recently, I have been working with Elaina Armantrading to purchase furniture for my family room. She is so creative and has come up with wonderful ideas to make my room comfortable and attractive as well as practical. She has made house calls to take measurements, to make sure the furniture would fit perfectly as well as to deliver samples of fabric to try out in my home. She is lovely to work with and helpful without putting pressure on you to make or complete a purchase. I highly recommend this furniture store and assure everyone that they will be very satisfied…. I am!!

Funny after looking an oldershort lady who tried to help me said next time don't come with your husband come alone. My husband sat on the side did nothing said nothing had nothing to do w me choosing so why would a woman say such a thing, that is so disrespectful. There was a younger lady that was very nice but the older woman...

I wish I could give this place a zero unfortunately it is due to an employee she was a woman with blonde hair who approached my husband and I when we entered stating that this was an "upscale furniture store" leading to the fact that we didn't have the money to purchase furniture here instead of asking us if we needed help. We were absolutely disgusted for this reason will never go in or have Recommended to anyone

We purchased a few items in this location. The sales people are fantastic. The peices we purchased are great. We will definitely return to this store. The price was a bit higher then we anticipated on spending but we're happy with the items. Thanks for making us comfortable.

Zaksons is the gold standard for interior furnishings and design. I’ve worked with them over the past 15 years and they have consistently exceeded my expectations - for the quality of their goods to the peerless professionalism of their staff. Special kudos to Micaela Malkmus for her ability to listen and come up with design solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs, as well as being absolutely delightful to work with. I am already looking forward to our next project.

Zaksons furniture store has beautiful pieces and most importantly dealing with Jolinda Lee who was my salesperson who helped decorate a few homes does an amazing job. She is a true artist and her taste is impeccable. The time she has spent with me over the years to get exactly what I needed and in a timely fashion is immeasurable. I give Zaksons the highest rating as it is a wonderful experience.

In my frantic search of a Dining Room Set in time for Christmas, after a failed promise by another Furniture store, I stumbled into Zaksons Steve the owner did a tremendous job in assisting me. Very patient and accommodating. He looked into every possibility available to have a set in less than 3 weeks. He put my mind at ease when placing the order that it would be in from the manufacturer and in my home by the 18th of December! He is a man of his word! The beautiful set was delivered to my home on the 18th as promised! Zaksons has a beautiful selection of home furnishings, great pricing and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Zakson’s Furniture for all your home furnishing needs!

I can't say enough good things about Zakson's and especially Micaela! I love the store itself, which always has beautiful new things displayed perfectly and everyone is so welcoming. In addition, Zakson's provides access to the widest range of furniture and furnishings we have found anywhere, and Micaela is always willing to go the extra mile and come up with great ideas to help our create our perfect home.
