“The Manager Matt was extremely approachable, helpful and polite. When I mentioned I was interested in opening a credit card he was very helpful, and we opened it up in the store rather than online. I shared with him that I was concerned that I wanted to shop online for sizes that were out of stock in the store, as well as purchase the on hand merchandise in the store. I didn't want to only have the 30% off welcome bonus applied to just one shopping channel, but both of them. Matt truly extended an omnichannel experience for me and helped me attain the discount through both venues, hence enticing me to buy more !!
He passed me off to Maya, to close up the sale at cashwrap. She too was extremely kind, patient, efficient and professional. She ordered all the missing sizes for me online and then rung me up in the store for all the merchandise I had on hand. She honored the online pricing and applied the welcome bonus discount as well.
Both transactions were very time consuming for them, but they both went out of their way to make sure pricing was accurate, and that I was fully satisfied. Matt and Maya are both assets to the Old Navy team and both delivered an exceptional customer shopping experience. I thank them for their time and professionalism.
My only disappointment is that I ordered merchandise online on June 21st expecting that I would receive it by July 1st. I thought 9 days would be plenty of time, however I am getting a July 2nd delivery ETA on one of the sweater polos, and the rest of the 7 pieces aren't even showing a delivery date estimate as of yet. This is my only gripe, but obviously has nothing to do with my in-store experience.”
“Went shopping yesterday for a Mother of the Groom gown for my son’s wedding in February. Was assisted by Diane who tirelessly went through racks of dresses in different styles for me to try on. I easily tried on 12 - 15 dresses and she was so patient and encouraging in helping me find the perfect dress. I narrowed it down to 2 and went home to sleep on it. I went back today to retry the one I felt I would get, but there was a particular dress I couldn’t get out of my head that they didn’t have in stock. Diane and her amazing boss ordered the dress for me so that I could make a definitive choice ensuring that I would be happy!!! I can’t say enough about Diane and Park Avenue South Boutique. I will definitely be returning to purchase my Mother of the Bride dress when my daughter sets her wedding date. Wonderful Boutique and amazing staff. Thank you so much!!!”

“Bought a board here, the owner didn’t BS me with sales about other boards and suggested the best board in stock given my preferences. The place is super cute and surf shop lux but given it being shoulder season the board was nicely discounted so win-win. Owner also seemed to really care about his employees working there which is sweet to see.”

“I've made quite a few purchases at this store and the one near Red Bank in the past and it's always a pleasant experience but this week I went in looking for something in particular. My daughter who was away at school wanted a sweater that I couldn't remember the specifics of and I asked her for a drawing/description of it. What she responded with was the photo attached and I thought how in the 3 wise men at the manger will I be able to find anything resembling this? According to my mother it looked like a pair of socks. Well, in steps Grace probably the most intuitive, helpful and gracious (pun intended) sales rep anyone could ask for. She not only found the sweater from this drawing but helped me find the rest of my list while laughing with me about the drawing. This store is good but Grace made it great!”

“They have a very big selection of high quality clothing for all ages. The store is very big, it is very organized and it is clean in there. Everything feels very fresh there too. I love they're FLX pants, it is comparable to Lololemon pants regarding quality, material, and comfort. They're FLX shirts are amazing too and fit very well.”
