I normally go to Walmart for the food section as the prices are usually better than the local supermarkets. The produce section is surprisingly good but it's not always stocked. On the downside there's usually not enough cashiers so you either have to wait in a long line or go through self checkout. Store is generally crowded and sometimes hard to get around because stock is left in the aisles especially during restocking which they seem to be doing all the time.

The manager Brian is a total moron bought a 1300 tv and instead of using a dolly to bring it out he was sliding the box I get home it’s broke at the bottom return it to the Walmart in Toms River let me say there just as dumb as Brian they couldn’t exchange the tv I have to wait cause it was will call to pick up not only did I not get the tv today I’m gonna have to wait until tommorow this tv was a house warming gift from my uncle down in Florida why they made this so complicated I have no idea why Walmart has to employ the dumbest managers out there the guy joe at Toms River store is a straight bum to if your buying electronics don’t go to these walmarts go to best buy

Horrible experience today. Put all my groceries on the belt for checkout. I don’t believe in self checkout on a regular size of groceries plus it takes a job away from someone. The customer had no funds to pay. The cashier had no way to resolve the issue and not one manager came over to assist. I ended up taking all my groceries off the belt after waiting 20 minutes then have to do someone’s job and check out all the items anyway. Then get my receipt checked at the exit. Mind you they have 2 employees at self checkout and 1 could be on a register. Unbelievable. I remember bagging groceries for the cashier for the customer but those days are long gone.

Due to gross incompetence and lack of accountability, you can expect your delivery order to be 24 hours late, at least. Extremely poor customer service.

Today I went to check out some tvs since mine decided to die today. Found one liked but I didn't have the room in my car so I went online while I was in store and requested 2 hour delivery. I'm a Walmart + customer so for 10 dollars I got it delivered within 2 hours. I actually had to go straight home because the delivery was 20 minutes behind me.

I have been doing a lot of shopping at the Walmart in brick and in the past year. The service has been very, very bad. I've been ordering a lot of stuff. They're online department and the employees that bring them out to the car. My groceries has smelt so bad like marijuana. I've complained and complained but nothing is done I was there the other day picked up my stuff. It completely smelled like marijuana employees. There are really smoking.
