Absolute WORST customer service! The girl at the drive thru right now is so rude! I dropped off my prescription (antibiotics) and was told to p/u in one hour. I get there, an hour and a half later and she proceeds to tell me that it's not ready, that she needs another hour, because they had a question about my insurance. I said "well why didn't anyone call me?" She wouldn't even make eye contact with me when she yelled out "because I'm busy." Well, that's just not acceptable! People go to the pharmacy because they NEED medicine. And I am a PAYING customer, regardless of what medicine I'm picking up!So, now I'm taking my prescription right across the street to CVS (where I should've went first.) I will NEVER shop here again. I will be using CVS from now on. They didn't hassle me about my insurance and had my script ready in 15 minutes! And guess what ... they're right on the opposite corner of Walgreens so you won't have to look far to find one.Moral of the story ... do not use this pharmacy. Unless you want to be treated like a jerk and pay full price because "your insurance doesn't cover it!" Funny enough though, my insurance didn't hassle CVS ?

Pharmacy. Everytime. Now this has happened multiple time. Everytime me and my fiancé pick up Medicine we never have a problem until we get the elderly later . Nasty and rude. Picked up my meds today and cough right on it in front of me. I ask if she can put them all in a bag cause I didn’t wanna touch it directly gives me an attitude and goes I gotta ring them up first. you don’t like your job don’t do it.

I had a pleasant experience today at this Walgreens location. I was in search of some No7 products for a Christmas gift. Emily, the beauty consultant was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also suggested some other items as well. I was also looking for a new lip color and Emily showed me the cover girl lip stain in my shade. It's perfect! I was also greeted by Ahmed the store manager. Great place to shop!

The new you long pharmacist John is great. He takes ample time to discuss my medications. Upon chatting he also offered up his own recipe for polish kiffles! So good! I told him how great they were and then he shared his polish stew recipe. He is the best!

This location is horrible. Now I will say i have mainly dealt with three locations (the other 2 were in Middlesex County). And they were both just as horrible. You wait outside for the drive thru for your meds you wait 25 minutes….you go inside for meds you wait 25 minutes….I guess Walgreens makes it their business to hire the slowest people in the area. Came today to pick up a prescription….we’re at 20 minutes of waiting so far ?

No....just no! Go somewhere else! Had a 7:45 appt for a Covid shot. Waited in line for 20 min ; a young woman said all the info I filled out online was unaccessible, and she asked me the questions all over again (HIPAA, anyone?)! Waited another 20 min, she came back & said the Medicare Ins isn't going through ; can I come back tomorrow!! I said "sure" & ran out of there!! I'll NEVER be back.

the bathrooms there are disgusting. this is not okay. your employees, customers, and YOU have to use this. please clean it. this is VILE.
