I wanted to get a Covid test, I followed the instructions on the email that was sent to me from me setting up an online appointment. This was where I was sent as I am local. Ashley demanded that I have a mask yet would not provide one, clearly it says on the email chain that it would be provided if I do not have one. Ashleythe pharmacist said that I need a mask for her protection yet if she truly cared you can put one on. It’s Christmas season and you want me buy a 15$ box when it said it could be provided ? What kind of pharmacy can’t provide an extra mask and follow the Walgreens email chain.I said to her that it’s a request since I am not show signs of symptoms. She said if you deny the request I will not see you today. Isaid that’s insane. All of a sudden she pulls out a mask under her desk. What a total joke.

If I could give zero stars… I would. I have never been treated this way by anyone working in customer service. John one of the pharmacy technicians was extremely unprofessional and rude. They were out of my sons prescription when I arrived at the pharmacy. I had asked John if he would be able to look at other walgreens in order to see if they have it in stock since it’s on back order. He immediately shot me down by explaining that “it’s on back order so pretty much nobody has it” and I explained again would you be able to check. He told me he couldn’t do that and I can call around and see if they have it in stock. I told him that any other walgreens has been able to look it up in the past and im sure there’s something he can do. To which he responds “ No actually there isn’t anything that i can do” with a nasty attitude. My child needs his medication to breathe and this is the response that I get. I leave the store frustrated and called another walgreens to have it transferred. The first walgreens I called had it… shocker since John told me that they pretty much all don’t have it. I then get a phone call from John who told me that he called and got it transferred while I was in the middle of transferring it. To where I did ask him why he told me he wouldn’t check for me. He told me he “ never said that he wouldn’t check” I guess i’m just a liar now. John then proceeded to hang up on me when I expressed that he didn’t. His response to his manager was “ I hung up cause she wanted to argue with me”. Not once did he apologize for being rude. The manager on staff could care less what happened. She did absolutely nothing to diffuse the issue. I’m so unhappy with this location that I can’t picture myself ever going again. Even if it was the only walgreens open, I wouldn’t go. Need to train your staff better.

I don't know who's to blame for wrong prescriptions that I can't get a refund on. For instance I had a refill of a drug that was supposed to be 20mg, they gave me 10mg instead. I took back the prescription and said I wanted it refilled right, they said they couldn't take back the prescription once it left the store. So from now on I check the prescription before I leave. I could see if this was the first time it happened, it was about the fifth time, maybe I should change pharmacies?

I have been going to this Walgreens locatioysince my husband and I moved here nearly 42 years ago. The staff are very professional and helpful! The pharmacy is incredible. They made me feel like family since day 1 especially while my husband was going through his final years, months, weeks, and days of life. I recently went in there for the first time in almost 2 years to print some pictures of my granddaughters... Thank the good heavens for Melissa in photo. She was very patient and sweet. She sailed me right through the process then immediately printed my photos. She then helped me find the Mucinex my son needed. She is an asset to the store and management I would assume.

Couldn’t get our dogs medication because pharmacist said the script was missing an NPI number, called the vet and she said there’s no requirement for NPI numbers for animal prescriptions. Not the only Walgreens that we’ve had issues with, I’d go somewhere else.

Busy area, busy pharmacy, under staffed. Yesterday’s visit was 50 minutes in drive through. One teller for store and drive through. This morning 15 minutes to pickup one car in front of me. One teller and line inside store is visible again. Instead of Walgreens advertising deliver gift wrap… I wish they cover their shifts a little better.

Pharmacy services are intolerable. I understand the pharmacy is under staffed, but they literally do not ever have any medication in stock. I'm now more suprised when they have my medication than when they don't. I need to tell them 3 plus times it needs to be filled, only to show up at the store to be told they need another hour to get it ready. Why not just tell me it will be 2 hours then instead of 1. This has literally happened the past 6 months, probably more, and it's just comical at this point. The script is for vyvanse, but my parents have had similar problems filling generic medications that should never be unavailable. No shade at the pharmacy, or staff, but its just become intolerable when the medication is never stocked, and it takes at least 3 plus trips to the pharmacy to get anything filled, without it being guaranteed that they even have it, and when myself and my family are more accustomed to things not being ready only to be told we're just out of luck. Maybe this is not the experience others have, but we simply cannot tolerate the ridiculously poor services anymore.

The store personnel are very courteous and helpful. However, the pharmacy is atrocious. I was at my doctors today 9 o’clock this morning were prescription was called in it is now 10 after five and I haven’t received any notification that the prescription is ready. When you call them you’re on hold forever for example I called today four times I was on hold for 20 minutes 33 minutes and the last one was 45 I don’t know what’s going on with your pharmacy but I’ll tell you one thing I will never ever recommend them or use them again.I am calling My insurance company tomorrow to find out what other pharmacies are available.

I recently moved to Brick from Eatontown during this time I decided to make a change in pharmacy . As a medical professional myself I understand the the wait time however I do not understand multiple mistakes in regard to my daughters medication! The first time the script was canceled by one of the pharmacy staff members in the end. after I got to the bottom of it because they tried to lie on the medical office now at this time a simple mistake I brushed it as until tonight I was told my daughters medication wasn't there nevermind the phone calls that states it was ready. Please do not come to this facility it is nothing but a constant disappointment.

First of all can I just say horrible customer service from the pharmacy! Also, this is the only pharmacy I’ve ever been charged for my flu shot with my insurance. Every time you try to call this pharmacy, they will let it ring then purposely put you on hold, they do this at least 20 times, so 20 times your listening to ‘on hold music that keeps repeating’ it is absolutely crazy! I feel terrible especially for the geriatric and sick patients that have serious questions/concerns; if they are doing this to all their customers, it is not right!! I’ve had them send me to different pharmacies for basic prescriptions that they didn’t have. Also, refused to give me medicine that was literally prescribed because they said I could just go in the store and buy the OTC brand, even will three babies in my back seat crying and me requesting specifically the prescribed medication but they said they couldn’t help me with that to just go in the store and pick out the OTC brand instead. The pharmacy I wouldn’t even give 1 star. They are the worst!!!!!! It’s really ashame because they’re in such a good location and could have really good business and really take care of all the locals here in the point pleasant area. It’s sad a lot of people I bet would prefer to drive a town over then to ever go to this pharmacy.

Saved the day with curbside pickup during the worse part of the pandemic. Just to let them know some people appreciate the work that others do to make our lives easier and safer.

This is the worst Pharmacy. Customer service is next to zero. They just don't care. I will never shop at a Walgreens again. Especially this location. Boycott it.

The people are SLOW and tried to charge me for a FedEx envelope for a return on a FedEx account. They had no idea what they are doing nor do they even care about the customer. They just want to play with their photos.

I've always found the people working at the Brick NJ Walgreen's to be very helpful and friendly. They've gone out of their way to help us find items or fill a prescription.
