Great experience at this post office branch!
Service was quick and easy, the staff was efficient, and the space was clean and well-organized. I appreciated the nice selection of greeting cards and bubble mailers—made the errand surprisingly pleasant.

Fred and the folks behind the counter are always friendly and helpful. I have a closer branch but come to this location because of the better service. I get that they get busy and so should most people when considering their reviews. They also can't help staffing issues. Maybe try complaining to the post master instead of ripping apart folks who already have a tough job.

Not a very pleasant experience. Customer service appears very judgmental and racist. Female worker needs to work in the back instead of working in the front with customers. Very lazy with a nasty attitude. Not my fault you have to work there lady. I wont be returning.

The theft and complete absence of positive regard towards consumer at this location will s staggering . The employees are laughing in face and make no effort to deliver packages, just take off all labels and make it disappear. Possible recourse is to take them to court for damages , loss, and misrepresentation
Please be aware this is a PRIVATE owned business. Beware, some “us postal service” is no longer a UPU agency, they are private business owned by corporate municipal trust

I've had a fantastic experience with the Brick Post Office! The staff here are knowledgeable and professional, adhering to their rules without any unnecessary hassle. Unlike other post offices that have refused my packages due to being from a different town or having commercial labels, the Brick Post Office has consistently provided smooth and efficient service. Highly recommend their services!

I recently had surgery and I am in a wheelchair… I was patiently waiting for a knock at my door for a certified letter to be delivered, and the knock never came… I checked my mailbox once around 4:05 and there was no mail… so I saw by my front door so that I wouldn’t miss the mail person when they knocked on my door… well that never happened… by the time I saw the truck I had the door open and he had already drove off… they left a redelivery paper in my mailbox… I know it’s not the warmest right now, and my address isn’t one that many people like… but in no way should this ever happen! there are people who are in their homes who are in way worse conditions then I am. The mail person NEVER even attempted to come to my door. What if those papers were time sensitive? What if there was something important I was waiting on? This is absolutely ridiculous!

I'll never go back to this usps location! Service was under 1 star..I was shipping priority and they wouldn't give me a box. Wanted me to buy a box for $3.39..I asked them to tape the box, they wouldn't. I had to buy tape $1.79! I just went on Google & this is supposed to be supplied for priority! I'll travel to another post office before ever going back here! Unhelpful shouldn't get 1 star
