A recent trip to Staples was very successful. I was looking to replace a failed printer. 9i found one that met my needs, was on sale and offered a trade in, enabling me to unload the broken printer through their system. I was very happy with the whole process.

Since they closed the store in Forked River we have to go to Manahawkin. The store is clean, well stocked, and the staff are very polite and helpful but not overbearing. They are also very patient as I needed assistance in downloading the new app as well as getting that set up and linked to our old rewards. My favorite store.

This review is in regards to specifically amazon returns. Since they started offering them, this has been a great option, however every single time I’ve been in with a return with the exception of one time, the person helping me has been rude and unwelcoming without fail. The first time I ever went in to return, I got a man who was exhaling every 30 seconds like it was such an effort that I had asked him to scan my phone and pick up my tiny item and place it in the box. Numerous other times, when someone has to come over to the desk it’s like i as the customer am straight up bothering them. Today I went in the the woman doing this job treated me like I was the stupidest person on the planet. She also acted like it was the biggest bother when clearly nothing else was even going on in the store. I am sick and tired of being treated like crap every time I go in for an Amazon return. Whoever the manager is at this store please instruct your employees to put a smile on their face and do their job and act like the customer isn’t an enemy.

Ordered print 2 pages of word docs went there two ours after and the lady would not print supposedly she can only print at 3 pm I was there at 1:45 what a joke

I got some last minute prints made for Christmas this year. As someone who also works a production job I understand when last minute orders come in it can be a pain but my prints came out great!! My husband and friend loved them and I really appreciate it. Thanks again guys and I promise next time I won’t do last minute orders! :)

Bought $1300. worth of tech/computer gear today (12/02/23). Problems after purchase included: *Could not fit printer in my car; tech salesman took printer back & said I could come back on Monday with my SUV. *Got home and spent 2 1/2 hrs trying to set up the iPad! Called tech salesman@ 7pm, shared that the screen said " iPad Unavailable. Try again in 1, 5, & 15 min"! I said I wanted to bring it back; he said he was "closing up" (store closes @ 9pm), and to bring it in on Monday. He said he never heard of that screen appearing, though it's all over the internet! The computer I purchased was left @ the store to have software loaded on it; am scheduled to pick it up on Monday. Meanwhile, I have no computer & no working iPad for a couple of days. Never again, Staples!

Great experience in Oct 2023 with Staples. I had a very large shredding project to do & Tom, who I believe works in the Printing service area, was a lifesaver! Tom helped us out, explained everything - really took care of us. I would definitely return to this location for all shredding jobs and highly recommend them. I thought the cost of this project was very reasonable compared to other places I looked into. Tom was Awesome! Thank you!

Tom helped us out, explained everything - really took care of us. I would definitely return to this location for all shredding jobs and highly recommend them. I thought the cost of this project was very reasonable compared to other places I looked into. Tom was Awesome! Thank you!

Tom who works in the printing/copying area was very rude and did not seem like he wanted to help me with my prints. He was cutting banners and asked me to step aside while he continued to cut as if I wasn’t standing in front of him waiting to be serviced. I had a few questions about the printing process as I had never printed at Staples before. It seemed like I was annoying him with each question. He spoke fast and was so busy with his banner project I felt like a bother. A customer should never feel this way! I spoke with a supervisor and told him how I felt after my interaction with Tom, in hopes this wouldn’t happen to any future customers. The store supervisor proceeded to tell me Tom had never received this type of complaint before and made it seem like I was overreacting. The supervisor also told me that Tom was working on an order of about 10 banners. Really??? I was furious!! I will not be returning to Staples the entire staff could use additional training in customer service.
