Kimberly was very knowledgeable and thorough in her description of all of the features of the sleep number beds. We have not received our bed yet but both my husband and I were impressed with how great the side sleeping pillows are! Just like Kimberly said reduced neck pain and tingling in my fingers! Went into Sleep Number not knowing much about there beds and was pleasantly greeted by Alex. He was very knowledgably and patient. I wish I had purchased one of there beds sooner!! Couldn't be happier. Thanks for all your help Alex!!
