The self check out rule of 20 items or less in every self check out is ridiculous. They just put that rule in recently after we have been going there for years. You get used to doing your own have a system down get in and out fast and now you have to wait for someone to check you out which first time checking out with someone had to wait for two check out persons to finish their conversations first. And it wasn't about work. I unfortunately had to hear the whole medical diagnosis. Then In between scanning the reaching for snacks and handling your receipt which I then have to touch. The waiting at the end of the line for the items that come at an extremely slow pace so I can bag them regardless. Come on shoprite it's about the customers get it together.

I love shopping at ShopRite, but I am not happy about the way they are selling their collard greens. Why are they no longer priced per pound? 3.99 a bunch is a rip off.

I’m from out of state and had to get a prescription filled here for amoxicillin. I had to pay out of pocket because the pharmacy wouldn’t take my insurance and when I arrived home all of the pills were pressed and concentrated incorrectly. The pills were cracked from how the pharmacist pressed them in their machine and I was unable to even take them.

Last week I was having a family party and ordered all of our food from the Shop Rite in Brick, NJ. We ordered to sandwich platters, salad, fruit platter, cheese platter and broccoli sald. It was DELICIOUS! Everything was fresh and out side of a time glitch it was better than I could have hoped for. The employee that my son spoke to was more than helpful. We would recommend them for any occasion.

I used shoprite from home service. I order online and the store delivers to me. This is the 2nd time that I used their delivery service and I was waiting for the groceries to arrive between 4 and 5pm. it was about 4:50pm and I walked out on the porch to get my mail and ALL my groceries are sitting on my walkway. I have not idea how long they were out in the heat. I have frozen foods, meats and dairy just sitting outside my door. WHY didn't the delivery driver ring my doorbell or knock on my door? The delivery person is a complete idiot and has no customer service skills and no common sense.

I do t have a problem the the food, the service or anything like that. My problem is with the app. I used to be able to open the app using facial recognition but there was a change to the app and now I can't user facial recognition. Now, every time I sign in to the ShopRite app, when I'm finished it signs me out! Then every time I go to the store, I have to change the password so I can get into the app. I know people will say for me to just carry the user name and password with me but I shouldn't have! Why can't they let me use facial recognition on my iPhone just like I did before? It's very inconvenient. Stop n Shop's app doesn't do that.

The place is very good and the attention is more or less good, not in all departments it is the same. I had a bad experience with the baker who works in the morning, a very rude and rude man, but when he commented to his manager, she even laughed at that It is also disrespectful. On the other hand, I saw that there are people who don't even have patience in the Jamon area, many times there are a lot of people and there are only two people serving.

Brick can't seem to get the ShopRite from Home orders right yet. I've given them 2 tries recently and I'm a 3 strikes you're out kind of shopper. I've been using ShopRite of Wall for years as they do an excellent job on every order from my Home. After reading the reviews from others here on Yelp, I realize it's not me. I've used ShopRites all over this state since I'm a teen, and I'm in my 70s now. I agree, this one's the worst. Have returned twice shrimp that fouls my refrigerator within hours of receiving it--no chance of ordering fresh shrimp except maybe on a Fri, Sat. Fish Dept knows when shrimp's been refrigerated at too high a temperature or is too old or has been sitting on display too long; shouldn't pawn it off on customers--discard it. Brick ShopRite ought to have their cashiers shop at Trader Joe's as part of their training just to see what good service in the same town looks like/feels like. Great product offering like most ShopRites but the attitude of its personnel? They think they're doing shoppers a favor instead of remembering they have a job BECAUSE of their customers. I've yet to see a moment's energy spent bagging for customers. If low morale is the problem? That's Management's responsibility to correct. Wonder if anyone at Corporate reads Yelp reviews.

Terrible store. Filthy and the employees are very rude. I go to the Howell shop rite, much better class of people and prices are better. The Bricktown shoprite feels like I'm shopping in a bad neighborhood, always fights in the parking lot. I shouldve stayed up north, much classier.

By far the worst ShopRite I've ever experienced. TWICE, on separate occasions, I've had to bring deli meat back because it was slimy and smelled off (same day of purchase, went straight into the fridge). How does that even happen at a store this busy??? I would wonder what kind of j*** would slice and sell that but that's the attitude that pervades the entire store. I once tried to ask an associate a question not once, not twice, THREE times and he literally didn't acknowledge me or glance up from his phone. If you're on the floor, in uniform, ostensibly stocking shelves it's really not asking a lot to acknowledge a polite customer trying to engage you. I'm done. Thankfully Trader Joe's and Costco have 99% of what we need anyway and they actually treat people nicely.

i have been crying for hours, i feel so sad, and angry, i have been humiliated, for how i was treated today at the shoprite of brick it is all day that i have a terrible toothache, so i took too many pain killers. then with still pain, i went to shoprite for my groceries, and i went to the automatic machine to pay, on my way out i was stopped by the security of the store, she told me that i didn't pay for few items on purpose, because i put my finger on code..i try to explain that i am in pain and it was an honest mistake, .that is not my personality, it is not my way of living.i try to explain how much in pain i was, and i was an honest mistake, but the security lady and the store manager which is just a clown ,dressed from store manger.if someone had a simile expreince please let me know, and i don't know what to do,only i feel so umiliated, please if someone can help me.
