Thought I was buying Quality Furniture found out buying furniture I had to assemble myself was disappointed and purchased it at Toms River and was told I have to go to Brick to pick it up just ridiculous could have went to Ikea and save the $100

Worst customer service I have ever experienced….they sold me a leather couch that turned out to be pleather…they tell you they will follow up/ call/ fix the situation etc but all they do is blow you off…never get a call back…go somewhere else!

Brick store only - Worst experience in a furniture store ever! Product damaged, REPEATEDLY, NO call backs, and associates that treated me like a nuisance. Will NEVER shop there again, truly a "buyer beware" store.

Strongly recommend not buying here. Ordered a table set and two barstools in March 2022. We were told they would be delivered by end of May 2022. We didn’t received the table set until August 2022 and the barstools until October 2022. If we had not called about the barstools they would still be sitting the warehouse, they apparently had them in the back and never called to say they were in. Very disorganized, shop elsewhere.

I don't know why the reviews are so bad. This place is great. Large selection, good prices. We got a couch for the condo and then came back for chairs for our house up north. Even though I had to drive to Brick to pick them up. They can't control the long build times and supply chain nonsense. Shop with confidence.

After having a horrible experience with a nearby furniture store, I was so grateful to have had an awesome experience buying furniture from Seaside Furniture. All of the pieces I ordered were delivered in perfect condition and in a timely fashion. No stress, no broken promises, no hassle. They made us feel like family. I highly recommend buying from Seaside Furniture!

So disappointed! Bought a sofa that was supposed to be a recliner. We spoke about it at time of purchase. Saleslady forgot to order it with reclining feature. I signed off on paperwork because I just assumed that what we just finished talking about was what she ordered. I dont know the codes, she does. I paid for electrician to come and install electrical outlet for the reclining mechanism. Soda delivered and it's not a recliner! Nothing they can do and will do. No returned calls and text messages. I had to go there to get somewhat of an apology. Wasn't even discussed with owner to see if they are willing to help out a good customer. I've bought so much furnture from this place. Never again. So sad that paying customers get treated this way.

I would not recommend Seaside Furniture. I ordered a couch and a loveseat less than a year ago and I've had to have the cushions replaced. I waited 2 months for the replacement and during installation 2 zippers were broken in which I'm still waiting on those new covers 3 months later. The fabric is pilling and I was told this fabric was extremely durable. The salesman misrepresented this custom set I am extremely dissatisfied.
