STAY AWAY!!! Ripped the engine out of our boat prior to authorizing work. Gave $2000 deposit to rebuild engine and he forced us to sue him to get only PARTIAL of our deposit back after 5 months of him holding our money and doing NO work on boat. STAY AWAY FRANK IS A TOTAL L********
