I love it here.. the prices are great and cheaper than the main corporate stores and they always have unique awesome toys in all sizes. If you cam find anything the staff is always willing to help or even order it for u.

I was treated rudely in there today so I left with nothing. Went to Petco and spent 120 dollars on dog food. Would rather have given that to a small independent business but I can’t tolerate rude people.

They had something in stock for me that almost no one else in a 50 mile radius had and even put it to the side. It's a cute little shop with awesome things for all animals inside.

LONG time customer taking my business elsewhere, you’d think you could get them to stay open a little bit longer 6:06 to get my pups( 3 )some food due to work i’m not in the area often and i live an hour away but i received a cold no , what’s wild is that petco and bigger stores will stay open that little bit to keep a customer happy… REMINDER you need my money more during this recession than i need your dog food.

I am giving a 3 star because it is very sad going to a pet store you are not allowed to bring your pet to. I love the food selection here and most of the staff is very friendly but for months they had a no pets allowed sign due to kennel cough and now for months just a no pets allowed sign. I previously went to the hungry puppy and loved bringing my dog with to pick a treat and toy. I switched to rogers when I moved because it was closer and the whole time I have not been allowed to bring my dog. I hoped the sign would come down but it does not seem to be the case. Otherwise this is a great pet store.

Today was my first visit at Roger's and I already know this will be my place to go for anything pet related. I just got my first puppy today and of course I didn't know where to start. A friend recommended this place to me and right away from the minute I walked in, I was greeted warmly and helped from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Anna for really helping me and being so loving and kind. ♥️
