The owner of the shop is terribly rude and unhelpful. I called to ask a. few questions - got interrupted serval time within a few seconds. And then hung up on. Such terrible customer service. Not sure how they stay in business.

Our car had to be towed to the garage. We got a call the next day explaining what was wrong with our car and it was fixed and completed as promised.

I had an issue with my ac and had been turned away from several places because they couldn’t diagnose the issue. Rich’s quickly diagnosed the problem, was able to make the repairs and do a quick oil change. They communicated with me through the entire process. I’ll definitely come back again and recommend them to others in the future
