Made an appt for 2:10 for my 15 yo daughter. The directions took us behind the shopping center and we had to drive around a bit to locate the strip mall where Quest is located. We walked in at 2:09 and began registration process. Had electronic copy of insurance card and the attendant who called us back was obviously exasperated with eye rolls and sighs (more work for her since the card was electronic) but took us back. The phlebotomist that was in blood draw room loudly proclaimed to the other woman “EVERY SINGLE TIME the last appointment of the day is LATE! I mean, every.single.time!” Which was rude, unprofessional and passive aggressive - don’t practically yell out to your co-worker - when my daughter and I are literally right there and you’re about to take her blood - about how coincidental it is that your last appointment of the day is “ALWAYS late!!!” My daughter was shocked and scared this woman would deliberately be rough because it was apparent she was pissed. And so I apologized and said the directions took us behind the shopping mall… she interrupted me, snorted and said - not once but twice - that “nope, google maps takes you directly here” all while rolling her eyes and practically yelling at us. My daughter was terrified as they were obviously angry. Do your job. It was 2:13pm not 2:10pm. I’m sure you’re never late to anything (by less than 5 minutes…) We left. Stick to LabCorp. And my daughter learned how NOT to act. Horrible.

Waiting room and private rooms are incredibly clean. I never wait long to be seen. All the ladies are friendly & work efficiently to get you in and out.

Carrie Lowenstein was compassionate, funny and a total pro while our nervous teen daughter had her blood drawn and nearly passed out several times. Thanks so much!

Needed same day testing. Called 3 times and confirmed with the nurse who took my blood. 3 hours after the appointment I get a call telling me that’s not possible. I wasted an entire appointment and now my medical schedule is messed up. These people should be sued for gross negligence.

Very unfriendly tech. Was nasty and we have a special needs child. We had to get snippy back at her before she changed her tune. In addition they couldn’t get the blood draw

Very unfriendly staff member working there. I've never had an issue with anyone that works there until now. I would rather travel to a different location before ever going back to the Brick office.

I took my 9 year son for a blood work and the person who did the test was so rude I think her name was Emely. Find another job if you don’t have patience to deal with people.

I have a blood disorder and I also take clotting medication, so I need to have my tested weekly, or more often, when a problem arises. I have never had a negative attitude toward me from the technicians who draw my blood. They are all friendly, seemingly cheerful, one-on-one, and when we were in the "LOVELY DAYS" of COVID-19 testing and all the joy that brought, that was when a person's true personality quirks showed up. Well the worst I ever saw, was a site technician say that she could let anybody else go in, due to the number of people that were in the office already. She got called a few not so nice names and started to become upset, and another tech came out and told the person that was being nasty to leave. Great Training in people skills, and teamwork.

It was by far the best lab experience I’ve ever had. In and out in 15 minutes. Staff was super friendly. The phlebotomist had a vial filled before I even realized the needle was in my arm.

I should have turned around and left right from the start. The phlebotomist who call me into the office did so with an annoyed tone to her voice. I followed her into the room and placed my water bottle onto the \"her\" table and was abruptly told \"take that water bottle off my table.\" There wasn't anywhere to place my things so I held my bag and bottle in my lap. Next, she proceeded to scold me for not making an appointment. When I explained that I had made an appointment on line she argued with me as if I was lying. Then, I explained that I have gone to three other Quest labs in the last two weeks and each unsuccessfully got my labs completed. She then scoffed at her colleagues lack of skills as if they were incompetent. She was so rude and unprofessional that I asked her if I should leave. I told her she seems annoyed or angry with me and I wasn't sure why. She said she wasn't and that I should stay. I am a cancer surviver and have had more lab tests done than I can count. I was obviously there because I am having health issues and she showed no compassion at all. Instead of making a rather stressful situation less stressful, she made it tens times worse with her tone of voice and poor attitude. She tried twice to get the blood but was unsuccessful as was her colleague with whom she called in to try also. Again, unsuccessful. At this point, I was so upset and stressed that I excused myself and left. In a world where you can be anything, be kind. This woman needs a lesson or two in compassion and empathy. Do yourself a favor and go to LabCorp.

It was my 9 year olds first time getting blood work. We were in and out super quick. The staff was amazing and my son said it didn’t hurt at all.

When I brought my daughter, we got in pretty quickly as a walk in. The phlebotomist made my daughter feel comfortable, as she has a significant fear of needles. My daughter said it was the first time she's had blood drawn where she didn't feel the needle. Positive experience. The reason for the 3 star review is because of my son's experience. We had no wait,so that wasn't the issue. Although he's 17, he has always had a significant fear of needles. After expressing his fear, the same phlebotomist disparaged his fears, stating that \\\"all men are babies\\\". So, I guess men aren't allowed to have fear and emotions? How ridiculously antiquated is that? It's that ideology that perpetrates the toxic masculinity that continues to be ever present in today's day and age. My son is still a kid, after all, and is allowed to be fearful and not be insulted or demeaned for his feelings/fears. It doesn't make him any \\\"less of a man\\\". Her demeanor continued to be less than professional and lacking empathy and courtesy, especially when he took a little while in the bathroom to produce a urine sample. He ended up having trouble going, and the phlebotomist was visibly irritated in having to wait on him. I think we'll be going back to LabCorp again for any future testing.

On 6-1-22 the required lab test was done by \"Lori.\" Over the years, and there have been many; lots of fumbling attempts and failures to obtain blood samples. Not Lori! She is the most skilled lab tech I've ever met; she is expert, and pleasant, and has impeccable technique, skills and judgment. Thank you, Lori!
