This bank and this location is by far the best banking experience I have ever had! I needed help with my dad's estate and his bank of 40 years, PROVIDENT, would not help!

This bank and this location is by far the best banking experience I have ever had! I needed help with my dad's estate and his bank of 40 years, PROVIDENT, would not help! PNC helped out immediately and made the process simple and took such a weight off my mind. Shout out to Jennifer, Luis and Cynthia. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!

As a former lending representative of a bank and now a Client Care Specialist I speak on this with honest and truth! I must admit I thought the Virtual Wallet was such a genius idea and being part of Gen Y I jumped at the chance to be online. Even left a bank with poor client service. Got to PNC and told my friends...so they joined and was excited to see PNC out at business tradeshows thinking I was proud to be part of that bank. That all changed when I accidentally overdrew my account. (FYI the economy is not that great right now and as a young professional I have incurred many expenses, many unexpected) So yes I overdrew my account, I ate the OD fee for NSF. BUT, when the Brick Branch decided to close my check card without warning when I'm standing online to buy food because I finally got paid (1 day behind because of the 2 days extra it took from ACH) I thought great I can buy food finally! I gathered my groceries quickly got to the line and my card was NOT APPROVED! Can you imagine the embarassment? I shrugged it off stepped outside called the CORPORATE OFFICE (Now isn't corporate in control of everything I mean what is the point of having a corporate office in place after hours if they have no power and no one to contact to make a damn decision. So basically the Brick Branch Mgr. of NJ whom I never met, a branch I never went into ...Oh yea VIRTUAL WALLET --I opened the account ONLINE. Maybe PNC might want to consider taking responsibility for their ONLINE SUPPORT if they're claiming this virtual account can do so much than someone should be able to restore my card. So its Friday night, I have no food, and NO MONEY! THANKS PNC! I will be withdrawing all of my money first thing in the morning because I have never been more dissatisfied with any company in my life than I am with this one. And this letter, yea well I am going to make it viral on the internet so that everyone can see that if you overdraw your account by mistake you risk the chance of the bank closing your without notifying you first AND you won't get any help to resolve the situation because corporate (the "big wigs") don't have the power...well your consumers dont have the time for you "convenient" bank. So, where are you leading the way to?
