Worst costumer service ever. Take your money elsewhere. Female teller tells me I need two forms of id to know my balance. I've used this bank for years never had issue. Here's the kicker you don't need id to deposit money. That they will always take. Won't go to Brick Branch again

I been with PNC Bank for over 25 years; I am a Healthcare worker and needed papers Notirized; Bonnie just lecturing me about my license which was not needed In addition I had my passport with me The whole process she spoke rude to me and accuse me of having fake ID and passport. I even ask for manager and he is on vacation. Just because I'm muslim does not mean I am a criminal. Never ever I will use this branch. Im just discussted. No other way to say it

George and Mary Ann were extremely helpful and friendly. They remembered us after just a single visit. We required a somewhat complicated process and they provided pleasant conversation while completing the task we requested quickly. It was always a pleasure to work with the staff at the brick, nj pnc.

Went into branch to open account, although bank had no customers inside they told me it would be about a 2 hour wait.Made an appointment online arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and checked in.Banker approached me said about 5 minutes, Great I was thinking then 10 minutes later took another customer so I went to teller told me my wait will be an hourI don’t recommend this bankIf they can’t keep an appointment I would not trust them to keep my moneyGoing to Chase

Don’t know the lady she was older. Should have retired by now. She wouldn’t cash a check because I needed two forms of picture ID. Never happened at other locations. She was extremely rude about it. I recommend the location is Asbury Park.

The manager and staff members are not helpful at all because they are newer people the people before them were very helpful and very nice it's very wrong and rude how they treat people not the tellers the women behind the desk and managers they really make you feel stupid someone needs to do something about how they treat people I forgive them but will never go back to this branch what ever happened to the customer is always right ?

The drive thru atm always takes my checks and then spits them out crumbled up saying to reinsert them!! All the other PNC bank atm accept the check first time this one is screwed up!!

The bank manager is the worst! The only reason why I gave 1 star is because the woman who helped us was nice. My elderly father has had bladder cancer and has to use the bathroom frequently and usually urgently. He is 88, uses a cane, gets confused, and has a host of illnesses.When the woman who was helping us asked him if we could use the bathroom, he shouted across the entire bank from behind the teller window that "The Applebee's is right next door!" Not!! It is very far for someone with mobile issues. I was so mad I should have emptied our account right then and there! But I personally use PNC and my branch is terrific. Everyone is nice and very accommodating. So it is not the establishment's fault that this little stuck up manager made our experience intolerable. Shame on him!!

I read the negative reviews before I came here and disregarded them but I should have listened. What I thought would be a simple withdrawal was not simple, so just avoid them altogether. The encounter made me want to change banks, and that never happened with my 10+ years of banking with PNC.
