It is a very clean gym. There is a nice amount of quality equipment so everyone can spread out. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

Staff seems a little more stern than the other brick location, BUT, overall a lot more equipment and space. Very clean too, the other location's bathroom was gross

Toms River Brick blvd location. Its a big space. Never have a problem getting a machine. Always very clean. Check in desk acknowledges you with a warm greeting when you walk in.

Love it, staff is friendly and nice.

They allow high school students to work out free for the summer.
That's good for everyone except the paying customer.
They sit at a machine on their phones for 20 minutes.
Also, Planet Fitness is a woke company.
Signs outside the restrooms allow anyone to use the bathroom they identify as.
Very uncomfortable for my daughter to walk into the restroom and see a male.
I am in the process of switching to LA Fitness.

I really enjoy going to Planet Fitness, I really wish they started offering Heavy Bags or equipment for Cardio Boxing/Kickboxing. Other than that, it’s a great place to get a decent workout.

My account was up to date and billed directly to my account and the guy at the desk aggressively told me the card on my account was expired. It was 11 PM and completely dead and he blankly stared at me expecting me to give him a credit card, even thought my account was in good standing. I don't understand why he was asking for card when I was being billed directly from my account, so I canceled my membership online, so I did not get scammed by this joker!
