We use High Scope Curriculum - research based curriculum which promotes children's development; based on active learning; teachers act as partners with children, scaffolding children's learning; child and program assessments which keep us accountable for our program and improve all the time. OECC was established in 1951, we have been in business for over 50 years, in turn we have multiple generations attending. Between all our staff we have over 100 years of teaching experience, low teacher turnover.We are set on 4 acres, largest age appropriate playground around. We are 4 Star rated Grow NJ Kids program. We use digital parent communication app. Security front door. We are Eco Healthy Childcare. Flexible days and hours. 7am-6pm
