I purchased an O2 sensor bank1 for $80 USD. I installed it and immediately my car begin to stall on a cold start. When I turned car on there was no check engine light but car immediately stalled. So once car warmed up it stayed on. I drive 62 miles twice a day I had to drive to work the next day. I notice that first day car frequently stalled at lights and at first start of day concerned for my safety I called store asked for a replacement, they replied I needed receipt and part returned. I went to store got a replacement . Sure enough 2 nd part responded the same way , but not frequent stalls only for first start. I called and demanded a refund, manager was in denial in giving back my money. Claiming that there’s another issue was car air master flow sensor. I’m an experienced mechanic welder and I explained to Manager I drove back with old O2 bank 1 sensor no stalls or issues why is that? And it if were an AMFS same issue would happen. He arrogantly refused my diagnosis. I replied well I’m sure you guys have a hand held code device here in your store, put it to my car and see if it reads defective Air master flow sensor. Then I will believe your diagnosis, of course he refused saying we don’t diagnose car codes here. I said well I have a hand held code device in my trunk let’s go test it. Manager verbally aggressively told me to leave and they’re not giving me a refund. So customer buyers beware of Napa stores unprofessional customer service!

If your employees insist on talking down to your customers make sure they have even the slightest clue about what they are talking about. Looks really bad selling people the wrong parts when you insult their intellegence and mechanical knowledge.

I'd give 0 star if it was an option. Ive been in the store twice and Called a couple of times over the years for car parts. Never good customer service. dude behind the counter acts like I'm hindering him terribly by asking him to do his job (just look up parts and give a price). when i call Napa auto i am on hold for 5 min or more, this time the guy maybe it was his first day, I gave him a part number and he quickly said "No" and nothing else. Potential customers would be better off forgetting the store exists. Rudeness never helps, if you don't like your job get a different one!! I think the guy who answered the phone said his name was Lou.
