Mr. Good lube is a great place, quick and cheap to get your oil changed. The car wash side is great. If it wasn't for Q and Steve, on the oil change side, I would have been lost when it came to my car. And the details of an oil change. The whole staff is very friendly and professional

Went today Saturday, August 19. There’s new scratches on my truck hood doesn’t even look like it was washed pay 21 and change for service. My truck isn’t clean go to the car wash on 88. It’s way better and cheaper. I live around the corner so I save myself a buck but I really didn’t because now I gotta take somewhere else to have it washed.

Arrived there for oil change on Fri 7/29 about 12'15 PM to find the doors wide open, the work area blocked, and no presence whatsoever. Nobody inside from car wash either. Left after waiting 10 minutes. Returned Sat morning and received service, but now there was a sign on door saying they would close at 12 Noon. Need to remain open and hire more people.

This was my go to place to have my oil changed on my truck, but then I met this person named "Chris", he approached my truck and was extremely rude and belittling , and yells " its not going to fit!" I asked him what he meant, I come here every couple months for this simple service and now Chris refused my ram 1500 truck , and was very nasty and rude, 0 stars as long as this guy Chris works here, how did he get a job in a costumer service field , I feel he was just lazy and did not feel like doing any work

I've been taking my vehicle(s) here consistently for a few years for oil changes due to their quick turn around times. However, this past oil change I took my vehicle to Firestone. I later received a phone call from Firestone telling me the place I've been taking my vehicle to for oil changes (Mr Good Lube) stripped my oil drain plug and dented my oil pan (photo attached) which would cause old oil from properly draining out of the pan during oil changes. After paying Firestone $537.99 in parts and labor to replace the pan, I cannot recommend Mr Good Lube for oil changes and will not be returning.If the pan had been damaged, and Mr. Good Lube had said something/offered to replace the damaged pan rather than sweeping it under the rug for who knows how long, I would probably still be a returning customer.

Spent $34.11 for the platinum car wash.NOT worth the money. The men drying the car do not do a good job. Other places do a better job for half the price.

This is the third time I went there and the same guy swipes my card n says it didn't go through. He repeatedly swipes it until it goes through. Then as I stand there waiting for my car n I check my back account every swipe goes through. N then I have to show him to get my money back. So annoying. Pay attention to your account if he swipes your card more then once.

Place absolutly HORIBLE... 90% of the time half of the stuff dont work... and the change mechine ... horible... oviously the owners stopped caring about it ... time to update ur equiment guys ... i go all the way ti the one on rt88... much better ... update a bit guys or i dont see u lasting around here

The guys working on the cars were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Good deal for the money I spent for a simple oil change. I will surely be returning!
