Let me start with the fact that I NEVER write reviews and I went out of my way to write this one. I have been to probably 10 different furniture stores this past week and when I tell you to save yourself the headache and come to Michael’s FIRST, I mean it. You will have tons of options and he will keep it 100% real with you. I brought my wife in there and it was the only store that she was happy with the furniture selection and customer service from every employee. My wife explained to him what exact style we were going for and he brought us multiple different catalogues and found us exactly what she was looking for and all for better prices than anywhere else we’ve been shopping. I will be a customer for life and will most definitely make sure that my family and friends don’t make the mistake of going anywhere besides Michael’s. 5 Stars.

I have been couch searching for months, and this was by far the most pleasant experience I have had out of any store I have been to. Alexis was so sweet and helpful as well as the owner. They treated me like family, and gave me an amazing deal that I could not pass up for my dream couch. It was also great to see good quality and new modern pieces. The only thing you’ll regret about coming here would be not doing it sooner!

The best place to shop for furniture! We have to furnish an entire house that we just bought. They took their time with us here and made sure we were very well taken care of. Customer service was unmatched. We will be back and will never shop anywhere else for furniture that’s for sure!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I found it hard to believe that there are any good reviews of the company. Once I looked further I discovered more reviews that made sense to me. Once they have your money they are not concerned with you satisfaction. Without revealing more about their practices ..... THEY ARE NO STAR RATING

Finally!!! A business that excels in customerservice…how refreshing!! Michael Sr. and son worked with me to find just the right dining chairs for my need and budget. He even allowed me to take a chair home overnight to be sure it would work well with my decor. I came back and his daughter couldn’t have been nicer to process my order. Michael wasn’t there, but made it a point to call me and thank me for my business and was glad things worked out. No doubt I will share this story with many and definitely return for future furniture needs. HIGHLY recommend:)

Recently bought another piece of furniture from Michael’s and again a great hassle free experience. We have purchased most of our furniture from Michael’s. We still enjoy it today after many years of use . They have many pieces and work with many suppliers. Thanks again for another great experience.

Horror story. Stay away. They said everything American made? Total lie. Took months for us to get our stuff and the stuff fell apart. Stay away! Far away!

I had been looking for a new sectional when I went into Michael’s furniture… what a great experience.. no pushy sales people instead I walked in and was greeted warmly.. my sales person had the patience of a saint.. I was so in decisive and sat on every couch they had in the store.. the sales person was not annoyed at all by the amount of time it took me to finally decide on the couch… delivery was fast and efficient…and I love my new sectional… I am now a life long customer! We bought our bedroom set then we bought a dining room table set and recently bought a living room chair each time it was a wonderful experience the owner and salesman we dealt with were so helpful and went out of their way to help us and accommodate what we were looking for! We were so comfortable there and there was no pressure to buy which was so enticing to always want to buy our furniture there. Their prices are reasonable for such good quality furniture! The next time you want to buy furniture go there you will not be disappointed! So thank you for a great experience !

Beware...my husband and I left a deposit on a couch to hold a sales price. A few days later we changed our minds. The set was NOT yet ordered but they would only give us a $200 store credit. No one told us it was nonrefundable. The sales man rudely informed me that I should have read the receipt before I signed it. I could understand if they ordered it. I will repost this review on multiple social media sights. I guess let the buyer beware

***SHOPPERS BEWARE*** I'd first like to say it takes a lot in order to drive me to take the time to leave a google review. It takes a lot more than that for me to leave a negative review. Having said that, I feel compelled to share our recent experience in hopes that nobody else has to deal with the deception and complete lack of empathy demonstrated by this place. We decided to pay Michael's Furniture a visit on February 4, 2024. We were greeted by Joe from whom we ended up purchasing 4 bar-height stools. We were told that it normally takes a couple of weeks, but could be a bit longer (apparently Covid is still wreaking havoc with inventory I guess). He told us that he would have the stools assembled and that they would be wrapped so I could load them on my pickup truck and save the cost of delivery. He proceeded to charge us 50% of the purchase price up front. Fast forward almost 3 weeks and then you start finding out relevant details not disclosed prior to them taking your down payment. After a message was not returned that we left on their voicemail inquiring about the status of our stools, we reached a salesperson the following day who had no interest in helping us with our order. He told us to call back on a weekday within a limited time window since someone in the office handles that sort of request during that time. We followed our orders and called on February 26, 2024 and ended up leaving another message. This time we received a return phone call indicating the stools were in transit to their pickup location. This afternoon (February 28, 2024) we were advised we could pick up the stools,between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm on weekdays unless we schedule 24 hours in advance to pick them up before 5:30pm. After confirming with them that the stools were assembled and wrapped, we began our journey to pick them up over half an hour away. Due to weather and traffic we started to run behind schedule and called to make sure they could accommodate our arrival. While on the phone, we were informed that the stools were assembled and ready for pickup in the warehouse behind the store. Since he didn't mention them being wrapped and to avoid any surprises, I asked again to confirm they were wrapped as Joe the salesman originally promised. At that point (now about 10 minutes away from their location) a lady hopped on the call and proceeded to tell us that they never wrap furniture being picked up, that they don't even have any plastic to wrap the furniture and that nobody would have told us such a thing. After essentially calling us liars, we were then asked if we were bringing any blankets with us. We told her that we had no blankets since we were reassured by Joe our salesman that they would be wrapped. Of course, we learned that Joe only works on Sundays and is therefore unavailable for comment. She proceeds to tell us that we should go to Home Depot and purchase a tarp. I'm guessing I should expect a tarp to not only keep the brand new stools perfectly dry, but also keep them completely protected as they bounce around in the back of my pickup truck on the ride home in the rain. Needless to say, we turned around and headed home after wasting an hour of our time plus gas and tolls. It's obvious that once they have some of your money in their pockets (I was told that refunding our deposit is not going to happen), they are no longer obligated to what they promise you to get the sale. Depending on the outcome of this situation, I will post another update soon. In the meantime, I would recommend anyone thinking about this place to be very diligent and consider important things that may affect your experience which we learned AFTER giving them a deposit:1) Expect no refund of your deposit 2) Limited window on weekdays to pick up your stuff 3) Your salesperson may work 1 day/week so don't expect to hear anything from him 4) Limited access to any customer service - weekday afternoons only 5) Inventory delays - 3.5 weeks until they got our stools in stock.Best of all

I had the BEST experience in Michael's Furniture! I just moved to the area and needed bedroom furniture. Joe made me feel like family and really helped me find what I was looking for. I can't wait to come back here and support a family owned business. 10/10 would recommend! YAY!

My fiancé and I just bought a house and a friend recommended us go here and it was the best experience! As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by the sweet owner, Michael, his son, daughter or nephew etc….aside from the amazing prices, it’s just such a sweet family business and you won’t regret spending your money here!!!! We bought our couch that everyone who comes over is obsessed with and our entire bedroom set! Since then, I’ve been back with my mom for her to get a new couch and a new dining room set! We are just so blessed for the experiences we’ve had and so happy with Michaels furniture. We won’t go anywhere else!!!
