The couple in front of me was having trouble and was non-English speaking and the young man took the time to use a translate app to be able to explain to them what was wrong and how to fix it. Myself and the next customer behind me both screwed up and didn’t pick Kohl’s for the drop off location. I was able to figure it out but he took the time to go step by step to help the other customer try to fix it. Even though she couldn’t he was still able to give her the daily coupon for her other shopping at Kohl’s. His patience, understanding, knowledge, and customer service was outstanding and he should be acknowledged and rewarded!”

When I mentioned I was interested in opening a credit card he was very helpful, and we opened it up in the store rather than online. I shared with him that I was concerned that I wanted to shop online for sizes that were out of stock in the store, as well as purchase the on hand merchandise in the store. I didn't want to only have the 30% off welcome bonus applied to just one shopping channel, but both of them. Matt truly extended an omnichannel experience for me and helped me attain the discount through both venues, hence enticing me to buy more !!
He passed me off to Maya, to close up the sale at cashwrap. She too was extremely kind, patient, efficient and professional. She ordered all the missing sizes for me online and then rung me up in the store for all the merchandise I had on hand. She honored the online pricing and applied the welcome bonus discount as well.
Both transactions were very time consuming for them, but they both went out of their way to make sure pricing was accurate, and that I was fully satisfied. Matt and Maya are both assets to the Old Navy team and both delivered an exceptional customer shopping experience. I thank them for their time and professionalism.
My only disappointment is that I ordered merchandise online on June 21st expecting that I would receive it by July 1st. I thought 9 days would be plenty of time, however I am getting a July 2nd delivery ETA on one of the sweater polos, and the rest of the 7 pieces aren't even showing a delivery date estimate as of yet. This is my only gripe, but obviously has nothing to do with my in-store experience.”
