My husband Avi and I came to your store on 8/10, to purchase a bariatric walker with wheels. Your customer service was wonderful! Before we met you, every step he took was very labored and unsteady. The minute Avi started using that walker, I saw a new man in him! He was once again able to walk with more comfort and security, even on uneven surfaces. He can even step up and down curbs. In the past, we always had to be near a handicapped cut-out in the sidewalks for him to have access to any place we'd go. Now? Now he is no longer limited. He walks much faster and does not need a wheelchair as often. It's like the world has opened up to him again. You gave him more of his independence back again. We walked out the door of your store and I cried tears of gratitude. To see my husband regain some of his independence and self-assuredness is something I will always remember. He no longer has to rely on me standing at his side, helping him as he walks. I'm sure that there are many days when you all probably just feel like you're doing your jobs--selling various types of equipment, doing the requisite paperwork for ordering, selling, shipping, taking inventory--whatever your particular job is at Sunrise Surgical Supplies. “I'm so glad I found this place. I didn't need an appointment and was greeted by the 3 ladies working there. They were lovely and so helpful. They made me feel very special. All three ladies couldn't do enough for me. I explained that I had lost a lot of weight and my old large bras were not fitting. I needed to be measured and wanted to get a black, nude and sportsbra that fit me well and felt comfortable. They were all so knowledgeable about all the different brands and styles of bras. They kept suggesting different bra style, brought them to me and helped me try them on. They fitted me perfectly. I bought 3 bras and they fit me so well. I felt immediate relief from back and neck pain with the newly sized and fitted bras. This is my new go-to bra store. Love these wonderful ladies!!!”

“Customer Service Review: My first call to the Troubleshooting Dept was a bit iffy in terms of customer service. I felt unsure if she understood the urgency. Honestly, it felt like she didn’t believe me. Waiting for a replacement of my completely dead oxygen concentrator, I called back 1.5 hours later. This department was to track an order and Sam took over. The tone of voice, the soothing reassurance, the quick thinking resolution, the honesty of the good and bad - he was the perfect reflection of what any company should have with customer service. I won’t get my replacement for a few more hours yet (thankfully I have portable to keep me alive til then) but this review was about customer service not the company practices. Thank you, Sam.”

“It is unusual to deal with a salesperson that listened to what I needed, and I was provided what I asked for, without pressure to go to higher upgrades. I'm still working on using the chair, I think I finally got it all figured out.
Overall, I am satisfied with the chair and extremely satisfied with the service. The delivery was flawless. It arrived on time and installed very quickly. There was a follow up with questions and answers.”
