It is unusual to deal with a salesperson that listened to what I needed, and I was provided what I asked for, without pressure to go to higher upgrades. I'm still working on using the chair, I think I finally got it all figured out.
Overall, I am satisfied with the chair and extremely satisfied with the service. The delivery was flawless. It arrived on time and installed very quickly. There was a follow up with questions and answers.

I highly recommend Brick, NJ Massage Chairs Store. Nick provided unparalleled customer service and gave me all the time I needed to pick out the perfect chair, his experience and guidance were what I needed! He then surprised me that he would be able to deliver the chair the next day. He came with his crew, and they did a great job setting it up and installing it and cleaning everything up after!
I am very happy I bought from Nick and didn’t just order something online, as I probably wouldn’t have gotten a massage chair that I’m happy with.

I was shopping around to replace my massage chair I had for 12 years. I did not want to make a purchase of this size without being able to see and try it out. I found Massage Chair Inc in Brick Nj. I loved that I could see and try multiple high quality chairs. In multiple price ranges. Nick is super knowledgeable and low pressure. His delivery crew was outstanding and the whole experience was a pleasure to deal with. It doesn’t hurt they will stand behind their products and service what they sell. I highly recommend.

We visited this massage chair place three times in total to ensure we were set on our purchase. Nick was so helpful and never pressured us to buy anything without being sure we were 100% set on our choice. My husband and I are so happy a company like this was available to help us choose and try out a massage chair that worked for us. We were able to purchase one within our budget and we love it. We highly recommend buying a massage chair from this place.

ME AND MY FRIEND HOWARD BOUGHT A SEAT TODAY. 1/12/2023, THIS IS OUR SECOND TIME AT NICK'S SHOWROOM. HE NEVER RUSHES YOU AND HE IS VERY HONEST & REASONABLE ON HIS PRICES. OTHER PLACES, YOU GO TO ALWAYS GET VERY PUSHY AND ANNOYING. WE WILL GET OUR CHAIR DELIVERED IN 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS.OTHER PLACES TAKE 4 TO 6 WEEKS, THAT IS WAY TOO LONG TO WAIT. We had a great experience purchasing here. We had plenty of time to try out different chairs in the showroom and Nick graciously answered all of our questions and helped us navigate the different models and features. There was no pressure or hard selling involved.Nick also worked with us to navigate getting the purchased funded from my health savings account, and once the funding went through quickly had the chair delivered and set up.We've been using the chair almost nightly now and have no regrets at all. I'd happily buy from Nick again and would not hesitate to recommend friends to his store.

Having major back issues you need to count on the right chair and right person Nick to give you the best advice. Thanks we love it. My husband and I both have back issues and felt a massage chair would be helpful since he previouslyhad owned one for about 20 years and then retired it. They have certainly come a long way . Nick was very patient as the first one we bought seemed like it would be too big for the area we wanted to put it in Nick came to our home and measured the area and agreed it would be a tight fit . We then picked out a new chair and it was delivered in two days . Nick and his assistant were amazing delivering it and putting it in the area we wanted . We are so happy with our purchase and know that Nick will be true to his word and service the chair when necessary . Thank You Nick!
