I went to the self checkout to process my sale...tried to put in my military discount..did not come up..
The sales employee "Mike"..older
Person like me came over to assist.
Was very rude..combative..showed my license 3 times..while he tried to process...it did not go thru...he claims it did ..was very nasty...
And says "What do you want me to do "in a very mean tone...I said I want the discount..he points to customer service..where I went and the cashier
Was extremely polite..apologized for him..processed my sale in one minute...This Mike is definitely not
In the right business..or any business..I worked in management
My whole life..was shocked how I was treated by Mike....

I'm running late and I apologize to Kamiyah. I purchased a grill from Lowes on for Brick. I became a mess from the start so i went to the store and spoke with Lynda (who was great) and she helped me open a card and get it delivered. I got home and it didn't go well so I called the Lowes customer service and the credit card customer service and I was treated so rude and child like I was ready to cancel. I then went into the store and worked with Kamiyah. She was wonderful in so many ways. She was customer friendly and her only goal was to satisfy the customer. I had my dog, Buddy with me...he loved her. Thanks to her I forget the negative treatment previously given. I even went to her supervisor and told her how lucky they are to have a worker like her. Kamiyah I want to thank you for your smiling face, customer satisfaction and making me one happy customer. Because of her I will be back.

Was at the garden center nice selection of plants. The electric chairs are nice and clean at the front of the store all charged ready to go was a plus.

Helpful staff. "Where is that thing? The guy said "Right here." Walked me right to it.The young lady at the checkout showed an old guy how to tap a card.

Do not order blinds or shades from Lowes. Especially Levolor. Blinds came in damaged they were replaced with the new blinds and the top part of the blinds were different size. These blinds were ordered in November and still not right. Levolor used to be a good company. You pay top dollar for bad service and merchandise. Pay a little more money and go to a store that only does blinds and shades. Stay away from Lowes and especially Levolor.

Don't get the Lowes brand cabinets. Delivered with 2 broken doors ( at the middle veneer section). They sent new doors, but delivered with a cracked frame. After 3 weeks trying to get replacements, I frankensteined one door together.
2 stars. Lowes tried, but took too long, rough delivery, and poor packaging.

It is hard to say anything much different about this Lowes compared to the other ones, considering they are massive franchises so e erything is basically the same. Chick-fil-A is in the same parking lot and the line is always wrapped around amd then some, I don't know why, I'm probably missing out lol, so that is annoying but otherwise, it's Lowes, nice for what u need.
