I went in to do some Amazon Returns and the young man who was working the counter was so wonderful! The couple in front of me was having trouble and was non-English speaking and the young man took the time to use a translate app to be able to explain to them what was wrong and how to fix it. Myself and the next customer behind me both screwed up and didn’t pick Kohl’s for the drop off location. I was able to figure it out but he took the time to go step by step to help the other customer try to fix it. Even though she couldn’t he was still able to give her the daily coupon for her other shopping at Kohl’s. His patience, understanding, knowledge, and customer service was outstanding and he should be acknowledged and rewarded!

Closed my account after 11 years because of interest charged on my account. They didn't even care. That's what they think about their customers!! Besides the quality of their merchandise has decreased.

Great experience shopping at Brick Kohl's Store. Great sales and friendly professional friendly staff especially Betsy, Check-out Cashier. Wonderful time to escape from the chaos of this world and save money.

The Kohl's in Brick is a great place to shop. The store is very attractive and clean. The cashier and her associate were very friendly and went out of their way to help me. An associate even wished me a good day when I left the store. I had a very pleasant shopping experience.
