This is a wonderful gym and also affordable. The owners Jim and Linda are really great coaches and awesome people. It’s like a big family. Definitely check it out.

Jim is the man ?! He has extensive knowledge of martial arts specifically Muay Thai. I’ve been training for a decade before I entered Knockout and all I can say is Woooooooooo. Great people great instructors great results??
