I have been at the salon many times. I get a regular manicure and pedicure. The last couple of times I called to make an appointment, the owner answered the phone and told me "he'd have to call me back" when I told him the service that I wanted.
He never did. Very bad customer service!

Came here 5/1 before work. No customers, so I got right in which was clutch. I’ve been here prior to this date and had a great experience, which is why I went back. However this time, the first thing was I asked for acrylic on my big toes — was completely ignored. She rounded out my nail shape and I didn’t like it. By the time I noticed, there was no time to say anything as I had to get to work. I’m on my iPad, by the way, which is blocking my view of my feet. I suddenly feel a burning sensation. The girl is literally buffing the top of my TOES with the sanding stone thing that they use. I began to bleed and she just washed it off and didn’t continue. My toes were literally swollen and red in the area for 2 days and then now today, (the second picture) it’s scabbed up. Pedicure completely ruined! Not only was that so unnecessary — I’ve never had that done to my toes before! I’ve only had that used on my heels or the BOTTOM of my feet. She nipped my cuticles, too (which you see is scabbed up, as well). A waste of $50!

Not clean. No customer service. Nail techs bounce from one person to another. Make owner not pleasant

Owners are Unprofessionals and very rude, they let me without a design because the owner lady wasn’t feeling to attend me, she just cut my nails and another person has to finish the refil. Paid full services tefill gel manicure without design. This place is not recommended. .Service: Nail cut & filing
