The sales person Kelly Russo was very friendly , proficient and so knowledgeable about my inquires into a dining set. She was very easy to work with, not pushy and most of all she took the time to explain every detail of the products that I was interested in for my home.

We visited the Brick NJ store and made a major purchase that took about 3 hours to finalize. We had the most patient and knowledgeable sales people in Will and Deb. It was a pleasure and a great relief to find high quality products with a great price and deliver time. Highly recommend!

I've had a great experience at both the Springfield and Brick Fortunoff Backyard Store. The sales team is relatable, helpful and not pushy. They have beautiful furniture. I would definitely recommend.
