I wish I could give this more than one star because most of the staff is really nice. There’s this one cashier (whos name I can’t remember) who’s a bit obnoxious but he’s harmless. But there’s one woman whose name I will never forget because I could not believe the nonsense coming out of her mouth; Deb. How CVS can allow someone to openly spew racism WHILE ON THE FLOOR TO CUSTOMERS is beyond me. I thought I stumbled into a Klan meeting; the stuff she was saying was not subtle or cheeky - it was outright and straight up racist and she was not trying to hide it. I literally drive to the Point Pleasant location because I do not wanna see this woman. Will not return to this CVS.

This CVS pharmacy is such a great pharmacy! They are pleasant, responsive, knowledgeable, respectful and so helpful and make difficult tasks seem so easy! Thank you CVS!!

The store itself is good and the store employees are nice. The pharmacy however is awful. They are the absolute rudest, unfriendly & unprofessional people - Each and every time, is the same experience.

I had a GREAT experience today! I had to get a TB test done for my new daycare job. I have a huge fear of needles; thankfully, Martha was there to save the day!!! She was very kind, patient, and honest, which was huge for me! I wish you could request your LPN, because I would have her every time! I get to see her on Monday for a physical (which she very kindly pointed out to me from the work form I brought in) and I'm so thankful! Thank you, Martha!!!

I went to get a prescription filled at this Pharmacy at CVS. I experienced extreme rudeness from the woman pharmacist filling my prescription. I politely asked how much time it would take to get my prescription filled and she groaned impolitely and proceeded to tell me she will be going on her lunch break soon. She asked me if I could wait 30-40 minutes while she has lunch. I told her politely I cannot because I live an hour away. Once again she groaned and told me “fine I’ll do it now” in a very unfriendly tone and rudely told me to sit. She should not have called me to the counter if she was unwilling to help me. I will never come back to this pharmacy again.

This place still SUCKS. They have bungled my prescription before by putting the wrong pills in the wrong bottle. I left them! Then when I was out looking to get a prescription filled because I didn't have prescription insurance I checked their prices. They WERE TRIPLE the price of the same prescription at Walmart. NOW--- they have sunk to even lower standards. They advertise FREE FLU AND COVID vaccines. I got my flu shot at the Dr office, but they don't carry COVID vaccines. So I go where it's free. Made the appointment, went to the store, waited in line, was asked for my insurance card (all normal so far). It was taking her awhile and I made the comment why do you need it anyway, it's free! She said NO. I pointed to the signed with BIG lettering that said FREE FLU AND COVID SHOTS! She then pointed out at the bottom in very SMALL lettering *most insurances excepted. I don't have prescription insurance so my COST is $200! I said forget it and walked out. The next time I get COVID I will make a point to return to that store and shop for awhile exposing as many employees as I can. The customers in the store will be unfortunate colateral damage. CVS as a corporation is DISGRACEFUL!

I hope this gets in the hands of someone who cares! You have a cashier at your Burnt Tavern Rd. Facility in Brick who I can honestly say is the reason I remain a customer there.His name is DAVE and he is someone who goes above and beyondfor not only me but he is such a great customer service employee, I had to take a minute to let someone acknowledge his service to customers that is just hard to find these days.Thank you and Thank you Dave..Joni Schweitzer

Have hour/days to waste? Enjoy!!!
Poor customer service and long wait times. 4-5 days and multiple calls later from my child’s doctor for medication and they have nothing?….BS….hire someone to take the calls and stop deleting the voicemails. They never get to the phone or you get out on HOLD for eternity. I went back the the doctor for the paper script. Took the new one to Walgreens across the street and they filled it without problem or attitude in 15 minutes.
Go to Walgreens on Burnt Tavern.

Just plain awful. Go to a different pharmacy. They will make you wait online and when it's your turn to get your medication they all act like it's the first day at work. No one knows a thing. I wait in line they have my medication right there in a bag rdy to go. They tell me the cost and I have the coupon right there to be punched in. They tell me to come back another time. It will take too long to punch in the coupon code and adjust the cost. This is something they've done multiple time as the coupon has to be put in every single time I get my medication. I don't have time for this bs game. To come back and forth all day long because they don't know how to use their own computers. They're so nasty too. They refused to give me my medication. They refused to take the coupon information to make the cost less. It takes a few minutes but all of a sudden it take a really long time. They do this to hassle the customers because they're all on some weird power trip. Fire all people who don't know how to use a computer and also provide some reasonable customer service. If this was any other business then a pharmacy they would be out of business. Because it's a pharmacy it's the only reason why they can act horrible to customers. All I can say is what goes around comes around. The next time one of these ladies have something they need help with I hope karma comes and gives them the day they deserve.
