Every time I enter it reaks of cigarette smoke. Cashier said I can’t stop the mechanics from smoking in the bays, said they have a right to smoke. Disgusting never again

Wow what a joke! $25 to wash the car, they don't even touch the interior at all, and when we called about it after leaving they had nothing but an attitude and can hardly understand what they are saying. Never again.

Went to cash out ,the lobby stinks smell like Cigarettes smell ,how can you operate business with customers waiting in the lobby area??

It was the worst they left my car still dirty and I asked them if they could wipe it down, they went to the next person, if you are new to the town and looking for a car wash this place is not it. I spent 36.00 dollars and I going to have to go over it. Please don’t patronize them.

Horrible!!! Never ever again!!
Mats were just about vacuumed they only dried the drivers side windows the passenger side the window are all water spotted!! I have a Chevy Equinox and they never even vacuumed the trunk area or cleaned the inside of the rear window!!
Bottle holders were filthy with crumbs mixed with water, had to get Kleenex to soak up the water in them. Just can’t say anything positive about the place From the worker who asked me, “What do you want “when I first pulled up down to the cashier who just about looked up from his phone to ring me up!!

I got the platinum wash, and everything was done to my satisfaction and slightly more-They are hard-working and a lot cheaper two places that don’t hold up to their standards.

It is pretty quick to go through and they have 2-3 employees dry the outside and interior once it is out of the wash line to speed it up. One thing I wish they offered was the ability to pay for the monthly unlimited rate without having to sign up w a debit card for automatic withdrawal. I was hoping to pay cash and do a month only. Then if want another month, pay again before the month is over. I don't know, I am one that just doesn't do direct withdrawal, but the month is almost half the price.
Anyway, the employees are very friendly and always do great work! ?

First and last. visit to this location with my Celebrity Enclave! Purchased their highest service costing $36.24 including tax. Got home to discover that there were dirt spots on the car and that they didn't bother to open the rear gate to check the dirt back there. What a lousy job.

Worst car wash i've ever been to. I will never go back. I spending over $30. My car came out more dirtier than it did going in. They purposely only dried the left side, leaving the right side wet. Not thinking I would walk around my car and check. Trust me, go elsewhere.
