This was our "go to" store. We purchased two bottles of wine which we've had from this store many times. Both bottles were bad, with a vinegar taste. When my husband tried to return the bottles and explain that they were bad, he was told, "The wine is fine. You didn't buy it here.", in a very rude and nasty tone. The guy behind the counter was terrible!!! He needs to take a course in customer service!!! We will NOT be returning to this store!!!

Contrary to what they have on their website, they did not have any Belgian ales (except for Hoegarten). Very good selection of wines from all over the world. Beer selection is a bit weak and biased towards American beers.

I just grabbed this fantastic new tequila Agua Vida and it tastes amazing! This store has not only great prices but a fantastic selection! The staff is very nice and knowledgeable.

I was a loyal customer for years. I find the owners and managers to be rude, lazy, and promote bad business practices. Recently (and the final time), I went to purchase an item that was on sale, but it rang up retail. I went down the aisle and retrieved the sale information to show them. A manager was needed. I was told by the manager that he would not change the price. I told him that was bad business, and he just walked away into the manager backroom where they sit (even when busy, laziness). I won't be back.
