DO NOT GO TO THIS VET. Please do your loved animals a favor and choose literally ANY other vet. This vet is avaricious and willing to lie about prescriptions, lie to their customers, and offensively belittle, with no care for animals. STAY AWAY.There are other cheaper vets that offer infinitely better care. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time, energy, and money.

I have been taking all three of my dogs here for years, for everything - teeth cleanings, etc. My dog has a very bad rash, he is swollen, bleeding and uncomfortable. They asked me how bad it was and I told them it was bad and they proceeded to tell me they can’t get them in until Monday and I can go to an emergency vet. Will be switching vets and will not come here ever again.

Amazing vet and practice! Dr. Martini diagnosed and saved my 3 cats after no other vet could. She is incredibly smart, professional, attentive, and compassionate. All the staff is very helpful and I can usually get an appointment quickly. Highly recommend!

I have to say, I am so disappointed with Brick Town Vet! We began taking our dog here in 2016 when she had to have ACL surgery. The first person I spoke to was Angel. She was so personable and helped us get an appointment with Dr. Mazzocchi quickly. Angel sent us a card welcoming us to the practice. She truly made us feel at home. Dr. Mazzocchi performed the surgery and I brought her in for laser therapy. He was a great doctor. When he left the practice, we continued to go to Brick Town Vet despite living 45 minutes away. Through the years, we noticed this practice had a revolving door of vets. Our dog never saw the same vet. Our dog was suffering from ear infections and we kept bringing her in to have them taken care of. Our last visit was in April, 2023. They gave us antibiotic drops and sent us home. Fast forward to September 2023, our dog was not feeling well at all. We decided to take her to another vet which was closer to home. They looked in her ear and saw she had a mass. How could Brick Town Vet miss this?? She was also diagnosed with cancer. We went home and had to make the most painful decision. We found a service that would come to our home and helped our baby cross over the "Rainbow Bridge". The vet told us that she would notify Brick Town Vet and the vet office where I took her last that our dog had passed away. We received a beautiful condolence card from the practice we last took our dog to but nothing from Brick Town. I emailed them to confirm that they knew our baby crossed over and they replied that they did receive notice that she was gone. If I did not contact them, they would have never acknowledged it. This is so disappointing since she was a patient for so many years. You may think this is petty, but a vet that only saw our dog one time had more compassion for us than Brick Town Vet did.

These guys have been our dogs vet for a few years now and we keep coming back. The staff are all lovely, even my skittish pup wants to be their friend.Theyre capable of just about any medical needs your pup needs, be it just their regular check up or a big procedure. Either way you can rest assured your pet will be in great hands. Two paws up.

I have been going to Brick Town Veterinary hospital for over 15 years. They have always taken wonderful care of my dogs. The doctors and staff are so caring and accommodating to making appointments and getting back to you.

In under an hour of me calling in for an emergency visit on a long holiday weekend, I was sitting in an exam room and in under 5 minutes the doctor was examining my furbaby. The entire experience was wonderful and a breath of fresh air. Staff was accommodating and extremely pleasant. The doctor was warm, informative and professional. Thank you! Thank you!!! I highly recommend.

While we are vacationing in NJ, my Yorkie began chewing on her foot and it was very swollen. We called several vets who could not fit her in for weeks. We called this vet and they saw her the next day. Dogtor Leif and her assistant Melissa were so friendly and caring and treated us very well. We were so happy to find a new friendly vet as we spend several months in NJ during the summer. I highly recommend Brick Town Veterinary Hospital.!

I’m being kind giving 2 stars. I’ve had a few bad experiences with this place but today is the day I leave the review. I do not like leaving bad reviews. But when I have fly from work an hour away to stop and pick up my pup make it on time to get nowhere ! Yes I’m done with this place . I’ll start off by saying this, The front desk girls are just rude for no reason . Just miserable especially KIM - she needs to retire or find a job that doesn’t require dealing with people . Her resting face is just awful . Not pleasant at all . I asked to schedule a visit for nail trim along with needing my pups paw looked at .I’m not sure if it’s a tick or a skin tag . Well Kim just decides what’s best for them and their schedule. So she schedules me with a 15 year old vet tech who couldn’t tell me what’s embedded on his paw . The $36 “pedicure” could have waited . I needed a vet to look at his damn PAW . There was a doctor in the building as I was there but to busy gossiping with the mean girls at the counter . Fast forward they walk out with pills for next time because he was turning purple . Had they stuck him in a sling he would have been ok . He doesn’t need pills for anxiety to get a nail clipping . The one tall slim female tech with short hair is actually GREAT reason why they get 2 stars !!!! I will be looking for a new vet . I’m still stuck on $36 I pay $40 for pedicures with massages . BE BETTER NOT BITTER
