I received a flower delivery 3 days ago and the flowers are already wilting. When I called the florist to see if this Could be corrected. The owner was very nasty, stating the flowers would not last forever. Lacking in customer service.

My husband sent me flowers for my birthday. The flowers died the next day. Called the business to let them know this. This woman started yelling at me this is impossible. I wouldn't have called if the flowers made it through one day. This woman who I spoke to was not professional at all. She kept on telling me how much she has to pay for the delivery and other fees. Lady, I don't care about that. I was trying to inform you what was going on. Also the floral arrangement looked thrown together. Very disappointing. Do not use this place.

If I could give them a 0 thats what they would get. HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered flowers through a third party vendor for a funeral and they NEVER showed up! When I called to inquire where my arrangement was, they were extremely rude, argumentative & combative!! Obviously, they are too overwhelmed to offer this type of service so shouldn't be offering it! Be safe and take your business elsewhere!

flowers were ordered on line for my wifes birthday by our son . They were to be delivered Monday morning for an additional fee , they arrived late Tuesday afternoon in poor condition . Flowers were wilting and roses were black on edges. Contacted BFS , they said it was not their problem because flowers were ordered on line , CSR rep hung up on us ! We will not do business with this company !!!

Do not order from this place!!! Someone sent me flowers for a family member that passed away and this shop dropped them off when I wast home. They left me a message and when I called them back they woman blamed me for not being home and said it's my fault that they will be dead when I get back. When I asked for the owners information she said that my reasoning was not good enough and hung up the phone. My fiancé then called her and she refused to give the owners information and then asked if he was calling in regards to me and before he answered she claimed she heard me in the background and told us not to call back. Do not order from this horrible shop. You'll waste your money and deal with terrible people!

What a horrible experience. The owner was very nasty because we were not at home to accept delivery. We asked to have it left outside and she said she couldn't because it included chocolates, which ended up being a box of sour patch kids, milky way and a baby ruth bar (What quality). What should have been a wonderful experience turned out to be a nightmare! there are much better florists without bad attitudes in Brick!!!!!!!!

These ladies did a spectacular job! I just scrubbed the recipient and they knocked it out of the park! And they were so nice, pleasant. I will use them exclusively for any flowers I need.

I needed an arrangement for a wake last minute (the morning of) and Donna made it happen in a few hours and delivered it! Very reasonably priced and the arrangement was beautiful. I would highly recommend!

Called in a last minute order for delivery for our anniversary , flowers were at my door by 11:00 AM. The arrangement was as beautiful as my wife. Brick Flower Market bailed me out of looking down the barrel of a long day. The roses are bright, opened, and healthy, the vase made for the perfect match. a definite return customer. Very happy customer. Thank you Brick Flower Market.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day that we’re $80 dollars and what my mother got looked like it was a $10 dollar arrangement. Shop Rite has better arrangements then this place. I called to complain and the owner was not helpful at all she said it’s what 1-800 flowers sent her and that was a big fat lie. I will never ever use them or recommend them to anyone. So disappointing.
