“Our leased 2021 Hyundai Kona was backed into while parked opposite my son's College House the day of Graduation. The girl next door had backed into the driver's side passenger door from her driveway. It was more cosmetic and was driveable. With my son graduating and his party, vacations and life in general, I forgot to continue the claim. It took me a month and a half to get the Police report because their system was down.We finally went online to the Insurance company and completed the claim. 9 days later I finally heard from her Insurance company. We drove over to Brick Auto Body Shop on Mantiloking Road and the owner came out and looked at the dented door. A short time later we had an estimate which I sent to her Insurance company. Fair price. We picked up a rental car and dropped our Kona off last Monday afternoon. We got a call this morning and it was ready. Looked at the door, pushed the electronic window controls and everything worked Great. The price was reasonable and the personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, within the estimate and fixed our car in a reasonable time. I would definitely recommend this Company to anyone for Auto Body repairs. GREAT JOB”
