Within days, they figured out and fixed the issue. All the staff was extremely helpful and responsive, even checking up days later to make sure everything was still good. “Being a senior woman when my car told me the remote key fob needed a new battery I had no concept of what to do so I pulled into the 1st auto parts store I saw which happened to be this one. Patrick was behind the counter and was the sweetest most helpful person. He not only gave me the right battery he installed it in the key fob for me and showed me several things about my fob but I didn't realize.
