Brett and Andre talked me through the whole way about my diesel car's DPF and voltage. They simplified what was hard to understand, and even after moving away from the state they helped me over the phone for no additional gain. Great guys, great workers, couldn't ask for a better experience!

I'm new to Brick, and had a problem with my car. My neighbor recommended Al's Auto Care. I went this morning and got greated by Gio. Very friendly and helpful young man. Well let me start by saying that I have been to a few repair shops and I have never driven my car off the lot feeling good and safe. Many repair shops always seem to try to run one past you just to get more money or screw something up so you would return. After leaving Al's Auto Care I did not feel that and I was under no impression that I was getting played. I felt like everything was done properly and when I applied the brakes coming out of the parking lot I have never felt the brakes that tight before. I know I was going to the wrong place and I'm glad I found this one. Brett explained everything to me what needed to be fixed, how it needed to be fixed and why it needed to be fixed. Brett also explained the breakdown of every charge and why he charged , not only that, in the beginning of the conversation , he gave me options on how I can fix it according to a price. I must say I liked the honesty and the confidence he had. I mean he told me every detail of why the problem even existed. I will return and I will tell my friends and family about this place because I trust them and after driving my car after being fixed, I am very satisfied and I'm glad I came to Al's Auto Care.

You know an auto repair service is excellent when they are soooo busy. They are honest, caring, kind, and knowledgeable. I trust them completely. Highly recommended . Brett always explains everything and the reasons for the fix. Don't go anywhere else

Today the crew did a simple wheel and tire swap on my truck but went above and beyond to hand torque all 24 lug nuts. Twice. Just to be CERTAIN they were properly torqued as well as resetting my TPMS sensors which they did not have to do but wanted to just to make sure my truck was 100%. Excellent service to go above and beyond. Great work.

Al's Auto Care turned a bad situation into good by fixing my Mini I just bought from a dealer up north. From the first phone call I knew my car was in great hands. They stayed an extra 30 minutes after closing to talk with me about my concerns. Between Brett and Andre, the line of communication was excellent. They even brought my car in during pick up and double checked everything to make sure it was good to go. Andre had even called me the next day after I picked my car up to check in with me to make sure everything was good! From the beginning to end it was awesome service all around. It's hard to find reputable mechanics nowadays and I'm so happy I found them because not only are they local, I trust them, and they are reasonably priced! I highly recommend this shop and I will be taking my Mini Cooper to Al's from now on. Thank you guys so much for everything! I finally feel safe driving my car!

Had a boat trailer tire valve stem crack . Had went to Al’s they were prompt courteous and understanding to my circumstance of my boat and trailer being disabled . Fixed my tire right away . And then when I went to pay they said don’t worry about it it was just a valve stem have a good day ! Now I had just been up the road at another place who treated me like dirt look for their review . They wouldn’t even bother and they were slow doing absolutely nothing ! It’s no wonder “AL’S “ lot is always filled up & busy ! Nice people ! Fair even a small thing like this wasn’t pushed aside like a nuisance it was met openly with results and understanding . This is what good LOCAL BUSINESS is about . These people have my business ! Thanks for doing the being the right thing AL’S !
