“I took my dog to Fredon vet today for the first time. Exceptional care doesn’t even do our experience justice. Everyone from the receptionist, vet techs and Dr. Roche were phenomenal!!! Dr.Roche was on the floor playing with my dog, he was relaxed and calm. Thank you to all of the staff @ Fredon Animal Hospital you are amazing ❤️”

“Welcoming, compassionate, and caring- all three things I look for when I want to ensure that my fur babies are in good hands. I have always felt heard, but also felt like the Drs we saw took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. My dogs love Dr Sara and they can be a hard sell!”

“Everyone at the Highlands Veterinary Hospital are friendly and accommodating. My pets are treated with great care and kindness. They have been my pets's doctors for 11 years now and we have been very satisfied with the medical care they have received.”

“Had to unfortunately put poor Josie to sleep, and as terrible as that will always be they were incredible. It was obvious right away how much the staff love animals. Especially the doctor that facilitated the service. They cared for her like she was their own and reassured our decision was correct. Thank you everyone for making such a difficult experience easier!”

“Thank you for taking care of my sweet Pelley. He was diagnosed and given some quality time. In the future I would "trust" the diagnosis of the Vet..and not have a Radiologist review-- the same diagnosis, at a large expense. Pelley had been a patient since he ran across my yard as a 5 week old kitten...thank you. Dr. Piehler and team have also done great things with my other babes.”

“I was told by many Dr. Grau is THE Vet to see. They said she is compassionate about the animal and their owners. They were right as I discovered today. Over a couple of years my dog has been to different vets (over 4) with an issue of a torn ACL. I had settled with one I thought was decent. Now that her other leg is showing the same signs, I lost all confidence with that vet and felt so patronized. I went to see Dr. Grau, who gave me the much needed confidence, and they were very fair for the price of the x-ray, visit and future surgery as well. I could have saved time, thousands of $'s, pain and suffering both for me and my dog with unreliable holistic medicine, elevated egos with their elaborated facilities and unneeded multiple tests with overcharging fees. Fredon Animal Hospital sets a perfect example for what a vet and facility should be. I am so so grateful to the entire team at FAH. Owning a dog who is ill shouldn't be taken advantage of especially with corporate hospitals and vets popping up all over the county and thankfully Fredon Animal Hospital is NOT one of those.”

“Shout out to Dr. Wendy Turner Andover Animal Hospital. We have used Dr Turner as our Vet for several years. Her compassion and expertise has been remarkable over the last few years of our aging pets and our new additions. I called at 9:00 pm hoping to leave a message. She recognized my number and called me after hours after a 9 hour shift and being the on call vet today.”

“Brought my dog here she was having a problem with her tail/butt. It was a longer waiting time than expected but it was an emergency. But they did not do unneccessary tests! a little expensive but she my baby! Thank you.”

“After my experience at Newton, I'm really shocked by the negative reviews. I took my cat in for a urinary block. From acceptance to check out every staff member I came in contact with was kind and patient. When they told me my cat needed to be admitted, we asked if we could say goodbye and they brought him back to me without hesitation. The doctors called me with updates and the staff who I spoke with when I called always encouraged me to call back at any time for updates, even when they seemed swamped one day that I called. When I picked up my cat, the vet tech explained all his meds, next steps, and encouraged me to reach back out with any questions. Was this an expensive trip? Well of course, it's an emergency hospital. But I never once felt like all they wanted was payment, I truly felt like they cared about my cat and I'm thankful that I brought him here as opposed to somewhere else.”
